I experienced the most awful customer experience EVER. I will NEVER frequent this establishment again. There was a sign BLATANTLY above the bar stating that it was happy hour (photo attached). There were no signs or communication stating otherwise. Asking politely why we didn't get happy hour pricing we were told no and SUE ME from the taproom manager. He then proceeded to yell at multiple customers that were also unhappy. Absolutely awful service. No customer should be treated this way.

I have been coming to Pour House for a while and the staff has always gone above and beyond. I was in attendance when this occurred.Tyler and Sandra left out some details details:- they started the arguments with the staff- this occurred during March madness final 4 NC State Game when the bar was hosting NC State alumni.- The bar offers QR codes all over the bar top a little search to the specials never shows one on Saturdays.

Bar manager was very hostile to multiple groups of patrons when called out on inaccurate drink prices. He spoke very inappropriately to young women at the bar trying to verify prices as well. Take your money elsewhere, it’s not very well spent here if this is how paying customers are treated.

TERRIBLE AND RUDE MANAGMENT. False advertised happy hour specials, and then when asked for clarification. The MANAGER responded very aggressively saying "what're you gonna do about it!? sue me!?" . He yelled at several other customers that evening and created a very hostile environment. I was heavily triggered by the manner in which is spoke to me, which was totally uncalled for. His demeanor towards me was so intense that a bystander had to step in to try and help, and then he got yelled at too.Key takeaways:1. Don't trust the drink specials- they will charge you full price and steal your money2. Management is incredibly aggressive and rude3. Also the fries suck0/0 stars - will NEVER return, and urge others to avoid as well

We loved it here. Great atmosphere and Dallas is a wonderful bar tender.
Walked in to watch the Canada World Jrs and Dallas (best bartender) instantly gave us control of the TVs and got us a beer. Filled us in on all the must see's in Denvor and got us hyped on coming back to spend a wicked New Years Eve with them! Only stopped in for beers but the food next to us got devoured.

Avoid this establishment. The bartender charged us for drinks we did not order. He said he would fix our tab after bringing it to his attention. My card was still charged for the original check with the drinks we did not order. Which is interesting, because I never signed that receipt! I now have to file a charge back with my bank. What a shame.
