Always love to see a chef-owned restaurant. Just had an amazing dinner at The Regular and I can’t recommend it enough! The cauliflower was absolutely delicious, and their unique take on scallops was awesome. Even the simple salad we started with was packed with flavor, which really set the tone for the meal. The highlight was the ribeye for the table, served with a demi-glaze sauce that was out of this world—honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had.

I've dined here on multiple occasions, from celebration dinners to just grabbing a drink at the bar before or after a night out. Always have a great experience here, the owners and the team here truly exhibit what hospitality is all about. From the quality to the presentation of the food, I can't rave about The Regular enough.

Stopped in for happy hour, no doubt the best happy hour in Denver! Check out the lobster roll and short rib sandwich on the happy hour menu! Service was over the top! We will be back!
