We used Expedia to book this hotel for 2 night. We then needed to leave sooner than we expected for families matters. I went by the front desk. She then said Expedia would need to refund our second night. I contacted Expidia and they let me know it is the hotel front desk who would need to approve the refund and checking out early.Before hand my husband went to the front desk talked to the lady with (long black hair red/brown lipsticks) and informed her that it is up to the hotel to accommodate our needs and our needs is that we are needing to check out early. Lady in the front desk got defensive and told my husband "he is not going to be welcome back "but yet if no refunds we are being forced to stay in a hotel that we are unwelcome?" (Lol now that's some funny shhhh) lady in the front desk was offensive to us as she informed us she can play back recordings she had on us "uuuuu now we are intimidated by the front desk lady who is making threats to guest who are staying in their hotel". NOT. OK so after having had the lady of the front desk informed me she gave me the phone number for who I need to contact in the Expedia for the refund... I go to the hotel room just to find out that she NEVER wrote the number she promised on the paper print out.. OK so, I am not being only patient with this lady I am trusting in her words... :/ she must be playing us for a dummies... so I returned to front desk to find out she speaks Spanish... so I figured she will understand me if I speak in Spanish to her instead!... not Spanish or English didn't comprehend.Note!breakfast is pay for when you stay in but breakfast was better in the room when i made it for my family using the TWO microwave they had and their little tiny stove top to make HOT POCKET!. Full kitchen they said but Def not a full kitchen when ur pan don't have a lid and nothing but one pan was available to us. Throw away plates and utensils we had in the car and it was what we used for the night n that morning. Not to mention all the chemical in the air from any remodeling they doing, the room had a strong smell we woke up with a headache. On the way to checking out ambulance came in to care for a guest who was staying there, should we be concern???.. our morning would have gone much better if they would have accommodate our needs as they claim they do with all guests.Pls excuse any typo error as I didn't want to continue spending my vacation dealing with this issues...

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure!Excellent place. Room was clean. Had a balcony so I didn't have to go downstairs and outside to smoke. Staff was very friendly. I will be staying here again. I drive a truck and stay in Denver alot so this place has my business when I am in town

From giving us a room that initially had a smaller bed than we paid for to having to ask for a crib 3 times, this was not a great experience at all. The room we ended up staying in had serious issues- no toilet paper holder, bobby pins and hair ties on the carpet from previous people, giant unpainted section of wall, didn't vacuum or change dirty bed sheets or towels even though they came in to empty trash and make the dirty bed?! I've never had to make my own bed in a hotel, let alone do it twice... At least I knew they were clean when doing it myself, right? Would never recommend. Positives- spacious rooms, nice breakfast, night crew was very helpful getting us things we needed that housekeeping lacked

Walked up to the door and the key pad had a spill from the last guest? Went to use the restroom and no toilet paper? Went on the balcony and it was disgusting.. Look like someone was spitting in the corner... Look like drinks and food had been spilled months ago and had not been cleaned in never? checked out and still no toilet paper?? 3 stars because at least there was a balcony and the bathroom was nice except no toilet paper...

The absolute best hotel for the price hands down! Try the suite with the hot tub or just a pool side room. There great and their manager Liz was very helpful with anything we needed. Thanks Liz for making our stay fantastic!
