This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure!Excellent place. Room was clean. Had a balcony so I didn't have to go downstairs and outside to smoke. Staff was very friendly. I will be staying here again. I drive a truck and stay in Denver alot so this place has my business when I am in town

From giving us a room that initially had a smaller bed than we paid for to having to ask for a crib 3 times, this was not a great experience at all. The room we ended up staying in had serious issues- no toilet paper holder, bobby pins and hair ties on the carpet from previous people, giant unpainted section of wall, didn't vacuum or change dirty bed sheets or towels even though they came in to empty trash and make the dirty bed?! I've never had to make my own bed in a hotel, let alone do it twice... At least I knew they were clean when doing it myself, right? Would never recommend. Positives- spacious rooms, nice breakfast, night crew was very helpful getting us things we needed that housekeeping lacked

The absolute best hotel for the price hands down! Try the suite with the hot tub or just a pool side room. There great and their manager Liz was very helpful with anything we needed. Thanks Liz for making our stay fantastic!

Well it's no longer the Timbers .it's now the Best Western Plus and it's an amazing hotel now. The suites have a hot tub in the room but conference tables king size beds beautiful. Even the regular rooms are still nice. A lot better then it use to be. However the staff at the from desk are pretty snooty and rude . So avoid at all cost.

Walked up to the door and the key pad had a spill from the last guest? Went to use the restroom and no toilet paper? Went on the balcony and it was disgusting.. Look like someone was spitting in the corner... Look like drinks and food had been spilled months ago and had not been cleaned in never? checked out and still no toilet paper?? 3 stars because at least there was a balcony and the bathroom was nice except no toilet paper...
Very nice hotel. Staff is super friendly. Pool isn't open yet though that's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars. Hopefully it will open soon because this is me and my husband's go to spot to get a nice night of sleep.

Avoid this place if you can.I stayed here for about a month in room 188 next to ladies bathroom and directly under maintenance room. Two weeks into my stay the maintenance people and housekeepers started hitting my walls when they knew I was there as if they could see me. One day I was in the shower and they would start hitting the wall from the other side as if they were watching.When I complained to the general manager , she told me to leave. That’s when I realized the general manager of the timbers hotel allows her staff to spy on rooms. Stay away from the timbers unless you liked being watched.

Be very careful of this place. The maintenance people and housekeepers were somehow watching me while I was in my room.They even knew when I was taking a shower I stayed here for about a month and was harassed by them daily. Somehow the maintenance crew knew when I was in the bathroom because they would immediately start stomping on the roof. My room was directly under them. The housekeepers would go into the ladies bathroom next to my room slap and scratch the walls when they knew I was there. Several times even when I was in the shower the maintenance or housekeepers would tap on the wall as if they were watching me .on the roof and
