The Uber Sausage

The name does not lie! These sausages are, in fact, uber! We actually placed an order on DoorDash and their systems crashed. The order went through, but no one picked up the order. After a while, we caught on and called the restaurant. They were really helpful and when I told them I was going to come pick up the order myself, they said they'd remake my food so that the tots were hot and the buns weren't soggy. We've been to Uber Sausage a few times and we try to swing in every time we're in Denver. The food is quite good - the flavor combinations are quite good and there's something on the menu for everyone. I've had the hatch, Vietnam, Greek, and Cajin, and each one was delicious. ALL ABOUT IT!! Came to grab a quick bite based on the Yelp reviews. This place did not disappoint!! I had the Vietnam. It was totally a Banh Mi! Very good!! The slaw was on point and the sausage juicy and full of flavor! Would totally come back next time in Denver!
