This is all I wanted for Christmas and it did NOT disappoint!! I was gifted a reservation for January and I was so excited. I'll be honest, reading reviews the days leading up to our dinner, I was second guessing my choice based on all the low star reviews (many of which claimed they dined months prior... Uh strange). I'm glad I ignored that entirely. I don't know where these people are from and what their expectation was, but they're out of their minds and should get out more!!! (Or maybe just stay home haha)... I have dined at multiple Michelin Star restaurants, and this was by far one of the better experiences. Service was extraordinary. So pleasant and kind upon arrival, seated promptly, took our jackets, explained the story behind the restaurant and evening's courses, water topped off non-stop, every course and every drink explained, multiple staff members involved throughout the meal with one main server, courses were well timed, literally nothing went wrong, absolute perfection. Meal itself was delightful. Even my dinner companion who is a bit picky was so happy. We did the mixed drink pairing, which to be clear contains different types of drinks, not just liquor. They were all lovely and unique. Wagyu was absolutely worth every penny to upgrade (do it!!), starter course was a great intro, caviar and little masa blinidls were divine, scallop was artistic and delicate, lobster and the split filled pasta were beautiful and masterful, I would commit crimes for that bread!! All the meat courses were exceptional. I'm not a big sweets person and I ate every bite, so balanced! Upon completion, received the menu walkthrough, which might be nice to have ahead, but the surprise of each course was nice too. We were thanked, they even saw the confusion on my friend's face because they couldn't remember if we were charged at time of reservation and ran over knowingly sensing their confusion to explain it is just held not charged. Waited for us at the door with jackets. Literally every moment sensed, planned, and managed beautifully. All in all an absolutely fabulous evening. Thank you so much for a beyond wonderful experience and meal!!

Came here for my friends bday and to celebrate some big life events we both have to celebrate and the service was ok, food was nothing out of this world, and options for vegetarians shouldn’t be the same cost as someone eating a full tasting course with meat. Our experience from the minute we sat down we had to remind them of being vegetarian and mentioned it when booking and confirming the reservation prior to arriving as well as three other times throughout the night when the wrong dish came out. My friend also is allergic to pineapple and we mentioned from the start when adding the drink pairings and the first Liquor drink came out with pineapple in the rum drink. She also mentioned she doesn’t eat beef and then had two items with beef in them. We both did the tasting and adding the liquor tasting and for $800 for two people I am very very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this as Michelin or 5 Star or anything over spending near what we spent. I will not be recommending or returning unfortunately and will spend my celebrations elsewhere.

We were there earlier this year. The ambience is great. Some of their food, especially the vegetarian alternatives were excellent! Their bread was other worldly, but the chef was lost with his rye-based tiramisu, and I take offense to destroying my favorite dessert. That was a perfect example of why different isn’t always better, especially when it comes to an all time classic. Most definitely the worst dessert I have ever had. Usually tiramisus remind me of a mother’s love and warmth. What I tasted that day felt cold, dark, and hollow. Also for those interested in coming here, just want to point out that this isn’t an Italian/Japanese fusion restaurant as most publications point out. It is more Italian/East-Asian.

empty restaurant but still got seated late. dozens of servers but nobody knew what they were doing. spent 1000 for two. sommelier was wasted. as another review stated, we heard the staff talking trash about us too. the 100$ waygu gristle.. I wouldn't feed it to a dog. this is the best Denver can do, unfortunately.
