What a lovely meal served by the nicest, warmest people. I am not really a Michelin restaurant girlie, this was my first time in such a place and I was a bit terrified. But, the staff made me feel at ease and comfortable at every course, and they were all so attentive and enthusiastic. The pacing of the dinner was phenomenal, maybe a strange thing to call out, but I never felt rushed even though the eight courses were served at a friendly, brisk pace. Really delightful in every way.

Beautiful and comfortable space (request a table in the garden!) with exceptional food and service. What an incredible meal. Definitely recommend it for a special occasion.
Pro tip: if youâre a wine lover, get the premium wine tasting. Worth every penny!

An absolute wonderful experience for adventuresome eaters. The service was outstanding from beginning to end by a team of people. Each course was beautifully presented and explained when delivered to the table. We did the non-alcoholic pairing which presented an interesting variety of flavors, not all hit well on us, but we enjoyed the experience in most were delicious.
The only negative was all the staff where where sports coats and they keep it very cold in there. So my wife and I were freezing the whole time.

Thank you Jake for an amazing dinner and dining experience. Thank you for a wonderful birthday experience. The spoons were delightful, and you need to wrestle the alligators in San Louis valley.

Truly world class food creativity. Theyâre loving out their commitment to sustainability. The wine pairings werenât strong value but did elevate the food.

This was my second time dining here and it was just as, if not more, amazing than my first time here.
The service is phenomenal and the staff was so helpful and welcoming when my date arrived âfashionablyâ late for our fancy tasting menu.
Nevertheless, the staff never skipped a beat and helped me pick out one of their delicious cocktails as I waited for the rest of my party to arrive.
The food here is simple, yet elegantly crafted and absolutely delicious. Each course was better than the last and the attention to detail put into every dish was outstanding and a real visual and delightful treat!
I came here last Spring and this time returned for the Summer menu and will be sure to drop by again the next time Iâm in Denver!

The first 5 courses were a fabulous array of flavors, textures and aromas and quite unique, which is exactly what we were hoping for! The chicken liver macaron and chicken ravioli two particular highlights. We also loved the story behind their bread and the bread itself was probably the best bread Iâve ever tasted!
The bison course was a bit bland and not the main the build up of brilliant prior courses deserved! We also went for the Wagyu which was $$, but good (is it ever bad?). The desserts (pastry and then chocolate) were a bit âmehâ, so again a bit of a let down after what came before.
The service is what you would expect at a Michelin star restaurant - Very attentive and lots of staff supporting the experience. Sommelier knowledgeable and very pleasant.
In summary, definitely worth a trip if you are a foodie and nearly 5 star in my opinion (if the final courses matched the excellence of the first 5).

Personally I loved most of the food given but Some was not to my taste. I would have loved to see a little more portions for the food, but overall everything was very nice from the start to end. The employees are all very kind and respectful which added to a beautiful dining experience.

We had a truly incredible meal all around! The bento box was the highlight for us, from the wow factor of the presentation to the incredible complex tastes that all stood out individually yet went together so well. The outdoor spaces in the garden look like they can really take you away! We will absolutely be back!
