Holy moley does it take forever to make a shake.
Milkshakes are $20 and much smaller than the menu photos would suggest. Staff was not friendly or focused on customer service. Disappointing overall. Shake was yummy.
You’ve NEVER had ice cream reimagined like this! I don’t care what you order off the crazy menu here, you’re gonna love it. If you’re a fan of ice cream, milkshakes, or sugar in general… this is the place for you.
This place has the best ice cream and milk shakes I've ever had . They were absolutely a little over priced i paid $8 for two scoops of ice cream in a cup and I order a oreo specialty milkshake that was awesome comes with a mason jar that you keep and its super fancy. It was almost $20.00 cause my total was $28.00 for those two items . And the guy had messed up because I ordered a cup but gave me a glass so he ended remaking it so we got 3 for $28.00. The only thing I can complain about is there were about 4 or 5 people behind the counter and I was trying to ask them questions and they cared more about there friends or taking amongst themselves. But over all great experience.
Great service and very knowledgeable about their ice cream. Was great advice on what to pick
Came in with my family. As they were ordering I went to try to go to the rest room. She immediately slammed and locked the door in front of me. Who does that. WE ORDERED. She complained about homeless people. WE ARE NOT HOMELESS BOUGHT STUFF THOUGHT USING THE RESTROOM WHILE ORDERING we should not have a door slammed in our face. Very Rude and qill never ve coming back nor will I bring anyone from out of town here.
Sundaes were great. Horrible customer service.
I e cream is great, but a little pricy
Solid milkshake. It’s fairly crowded and there’s a relatively long wait for milkshakes.
Very good service and staff. Expensive though.

I absolutely loved it here. This was very comforting, and the craft was beautiful. I love love loved, my birthday cake shake.. I would take my kids here for a fun day anytime.
OMG Amazingly delicious ice-cream treats!
we have been eyeing this milkshake bar for about 5 years now. we saw it destin and i was sugar restricted at the time and these over the top milkshakes were not allowed dietarily. then we saw it in gatlinburg and decided to go for crazy mason instead as that was a little cheaper. this time i finally justified going because we had a 5th birthday to celebrate.
these milkshakes are expensive milkshakes their in the stratosphere of 22 a piece so be aware they're at face value pricey. however if you add in the fact that you get a pint glass with the yard logo on it then it starts to makes sense why its so expensive.
they do offer little cups if you don't want the pint jar which might make it a little less expensive.
as for the ice cream it is bluebell (our favorite) and theres LOTS of flavors. i couldn't tell what made it a milkshake and not just ice cream with all the fixins but it was more milkshake consistency when i look back
we went and it was very quiet maybe one other person and ithe shop has a very urban millenial feel to it. very fresh very clean feel. i suspect this place goes nuts on ballgame days or holidays and big events at the convention center.
the gentleman was attentive and even delivered our milkshake to the table. and at the end when asked he told us the jars were keepable and there was a sink to wash out the cup in the back and there was even lids and bags.
really enjoyed our visit.
The dipped whipped salty caramel cup was life changing and Cooper was rad for his suggestions. Coming back soon!
Pricey but worth it. Totally best milkshakes I’ve had has that old school vibe.
