My family is enjoying a trip to Colorado and we were wanting some gelato. Thick’s came up when searching online - and it already had great reviews - so we made the 20 minute drive one evening. Not only is the shop itself so quaint and inviting, the owner is the most personable and friendly gentleman! We stopped in a couple days ago after dinner and we weren't disappointed. The owner was super friendly and took the time to explain the gelato process and his inspiration behind some of the flavors. To say the gelato is amazing is an understatement. We will definitely going back soon.
The quality of the house-made gelato here is outstanding. On our most recent trip our fav’s included the choc peanut butter cup, the chocolate pudding, and the raspberry. Every gelato flavor has been swoon-worthy.
