I wish they would open a store in Chicago, I love them so much. Great quality, thoughtfully sourced, and awesome business to support!

The BEST! My new favorite place! Everything is gluten free (celiac safe) and so tasty! The strawberry lychee matcha is so delicious and great for when you're craving a sweeter drink.

I've never had a Mochi muffin or donut so this was a new exp. for me. Their signature muffin was by far the best thing I ate there. Everything has similar gelatinous texture though, I guess that's probably an acquired taste. Macha was good and the strawberry addition was welcome. Restaurant is hidden on the side of the uchi building.

Downtown location refused to serve me if I did not put a mask on. Sorry. I'll go somewhere else with my business. Actually discovered Docci which is better in my opinion.

Very cool place, great location, but the best part is the eclectic mix of treats available. Ube muffins?! We can't find anything with Ube in it and my husband misses this food of his youth, growing up as Filipino-American, he ate Ube often.

I love these butter mochi donuts. I've been to the Aurora location several times and was glad it was a bit of a hike from my house; natural diet aide you know. But now there is a RiNo location which fortunately/unfortunately is much closer to my house. The hubs and I went with friends last weekend to check this location out. The staff was incredibly friendly for starters. I always get a matcha donut and this visit was no exception plus the coconut donut. For another days breakfast, I tried the original mochi muffin for the first time. Wow was this a stunner. It was chewy but also tasted like caramel and not overly sweet. The employee said they developed it over the course of a year and man did they nail this one.

If you’re looking for amazing food and drink, as well as good vibes, this is the place! My go-to is the strawberry lychee roasted matcha latte summer special, though the mochi donuts and bread pudding are delicious and unique treats. Be prepared to wait a few minutes for your order, as there’s typically just one person working, but it’ll be worth it!

I love these gluten free donuts so much. The Lawrence St location has a colorful, hip design that celebrates the culture of it's founders. My favorite donuts are the Mango Passion Fruit, and the Yuzu Lemon. I also had the Kimchi Savory Waffle. HOLY MOLY!!! If you like savory and spicy, totally go for this amazing-ness.The seating area is small, and with the popularity and Covid restrictions, it gets tight. But there is seating outside. The staff are awesome too. They know what they're doing and actively create a wonderful space to hang out in.

Love! Super unique and deliciously chewy mochi donuts and muffins! Try the classic mochi muffin and the dark chocolate donut-YUM- and all GLUTEN FREE! Matcha soy latte is the best in town- the honey they add is a perfect balance of creamy and sweet. No bitterness at all. Great vibe and customer service in the shop and cute styling.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The two guys working were so sweet to my husband and I. They gave great recommendations and were helpful, but not in your face. Very chill and welcoming, the way an old friend would be. We got a plethora of donuts and a couple muffins, as well as the strawberry matcha drink and the passion fruit one. Everything was so SO good. We ate it all and even got another 2 muffins to go. Don't sleep on that original muffin, I'm drooling over it now. Anyway - best place I went to in Denver over my 2 days there. A+, 10/10.

If you're a matcha super fan like myself, Third Culture Bakery (specifically at this location) is the best of the best! My fiancé and I are here basically every Saturday nowadays (unless we're physicall out of town). Ever since my discovery of the wonders of matcha almost a decade ago, I've scoured the nation for the best stops for matcha lattes. Third Culture Bakery always brings a smile to my face and is by far my favourite in Colorado. I've tried almost all of the combinations of the roasted matcha and regular matcha lattes. I am in love with all of them! My favourite is the strawberry lychee roasted matcha latte. In addition, the staff (I always see Nick and DiMarco -- sorry if I spelled your name wrong) is friendly, engaging, and knows exactly what I want. I'd come back here just to see them!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Third Culture Bakery in RiNo!! Fresh made to order Matcha drinks and mochi baked goodies!! Listen--- If you've never had a mochi muffin or mochi doughnut you don't know what you're missing! PS. The Yuzu lemon doughnut was so good it almost made me cry!! But more than anything I ABSOLUTELY LOVE what this company stands for. ‍‍ Scroll to the end of the pictures to learn a little bit about the culture at Third Culture... with two locations across the Denver metro area it's easy to check them out-- I hope you all get out there to support this amazing business and treat your mouth at the same time!!
