I don’t think I can properly express how much I love Thump—it’s simply the SPOT!
The coffee is awesome; from the drip to espresso drinks, it’s always a hit. I’m a really big fan of their specialty single-origin beans, but I also adore their North Fork and Storm King! The food is always delicious, with a lot of the baked goods made in-house! I’m also hooked on their breakfast burritos... Can’t get enough!!
The service is next level! The team at Thump genuinely cares so much about making quality coffee. The focus and care that go into every drink are admirable and shine through. On top of the care for the coffee, they also clearly care deeply about making everyone feel welcome and have cultivated a safe space for all. The community of regulars at the shop are so kind and welcoming. I've never seen such a strong and consistent group of regulars at a coffee shop, if you come by and strike up a conversation you will undoubtedly be welcomed in with open arms.
Honorable mention: The music is always so fun and a reflection of the different baristas working at the time. I’ve found so many great artists just from hanging out at Thump.
Whether you’re passing through, visiting a friend for a coffee chat, a local getting some work done, or just want a REALLY good cup of coffee - Thump is the 3rd space we all need!

Thump Coffee never misses. The coffee is great, the food is consistently yummy, but what really makes this place special is the Sunday morning staff—they are absolutely exceptional. They go out of their way to make regulars feel seen, known, and genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for the energy and kindness they bring every week. Truly stellar human beings. This is hands-down my favorite place to be on a Sunday morning.

I live in the neighborhood and have visited this coffee shop around 5 times give or take, and I have to say this place is violently overhyped.
My girlfriend and I have tried multiple times to find something we like and this place misses over and over again. - Matcha - Drip coffee - Mocha - specialty lattes All disappointing compared to other coffee shops.
Personally, I love high-quality black coffee. Most places in the area have good drip or french press options and often allow at least one refill (some places offer unlimited refills). Thump offers no refills, instead you pay $6 for a cup of coffee that is much worse than what you make at home.
Nowadays, I tend to travel a bit further for a less convenient but higher quality cup of coffee.

We ordered a white mocha latte, cappuccino, and cinnamon morning bun. The coffee was smooth and warm, and the large size was big enough to bathe a small child. The morning bun had a nice combination of crispness and softness. We enjoyed how quiet it was inside
