Tiff’s Treats Cookie Delivery

Went in late about an hour before close after looking up if they were open on google as the open sign was off. The random man that was sitting in the lobby and worker talked for about 3-4 minutes before asking us if we needed help or wanted to order. Ordered 3 warm cookies. Got the cookies and got to the car driving and eating the cookies and of course they were not warm. I was ok at this point went Tuesday and what do you know, sign off and cookies not warm. I told the young lady this had happened recently at this location, she said she was sorry and still handed me cold cookies. This location needs a few more people that care about their jobs.

As a driver I am always told “just a few more minutes” for these orders and it is always 20 minutes waiting or more. I literally reject orders from here and can never see myself being a customer in the future because of the wait time/always being mislead by the staff. Please adjust your timing management system so any driver is not being paid Pennies because you made them wait so long for the order. Us drivers need accurate wait times.

Service was 10/10!! The cookies…. Good but nothing special. I was in the area and wanted to try this place for months after TikTok recommendations. The flavors of all the cookies are yummy! However, I think $2 for the size isn’t worth its value. Or maybe because I’m used to way bigger cookies for double the price at other places. Good but didn’t wow my socks off. Better than Crumbl!

I decided to try these because I received a great coupon in my email. The cookies were warm, the presentation was nice but I expected more for how much these usually are. I got a dozen of the top sellers and 4 were just chocolate chip. I wasn't thrilled with that "assortment". Honestly, they tasted like Tollhouse cookies you buy at the grocery store and bake yourself. Not bad but i certainly wouldn't pay full price. On a good note, delivery was great and the driver was very friendly.

Ordered through Uber eats and not only was the price low for a dozen cookies but the cookies were so warm and soft. Got the chocolate chip and white chocolate almond and they were so delicious!

Stopped in to try the cookies. They were so delicious! They had ran out of the frosting due to shipping issues. I would have loved to try it. Store was clean and the staff was pleasant. Snickerdoodle cookie tasted like a nice warm piece of French toast. Sooooo good!

This place is amazing! I “treat” myself several times a week! Johnny always greets me with a warm smile! Shout out to Aaron for always remembering my name! Outstanding service and quality!
