Overpriced as expected for a captive audience. I expected disappointment but it was worse. Management should offer a shift change for late night staff and offer deals late night to drive revenue and a friendlier atmosphere. Tired and overworked is not a good look for staff and it shows. This place could be a go-to instead of a run-away with a perspective change and some ingenuity. I have two words for management. Missed opportunity.

We came home from vacation. We came into the restaurant to eat and have a beer. We had Jen Solorio as our server. She was friendly and courteous. She got our drinks promptly and took our order. She was the only server on the floor at the time but never missed a beat. We got our food pretty quick. Even though she was busy she made sure we were taken care of. Very professional!!

Sat at the bar, had Jennifer as my bartender/server, she was quick, attentive and entertaining! Despite being busy the food came out fresh and fast! I had a chicken club with fries and a Helles lager beer. I’m looking forward to my next visit to DIA and Tivoli Tap House!!!

Bartender who closed on March 18,2024 was extremely rude. When I closed out she got confrontational asking me why I am rude and I told her the reason it’s the company YOU keep. She’s always rude to me for no reason. I will no longer spend my money elsewhere, but that bartender needs to be fired! She has no business starting fights with paying customers for no reason. I come in I sit down order food and leave.

Definitely understaffed. Bartender was doing a heroic job and kitchen staff seemed to be doing well as our food was fine. Guy waiting out table was very disappointing. Slow service, never refilled our water even after asking, and didn't provide napkins or silverware even after asking. Not a good experience.

Food here is sub par at best. Like said below it’s literally only in business because of the hotel and a lack of other options outside of security. The place has a good vibe and the staff is awesome. They really need to step up the food. Leaves me with an impression to never visit one of their other locations. Kids menu photo attached for those who have wee ones like me.

Jennifer - you are horrible. The meanest server I have ever had. Yelled at everyone. I called the 800# on the receipt, but haven’t heard back. My understanding is they are union, so not much they can do.

I’d encourage the Weston to separate this relationship as it reflects on them.

Marginal overpriced slop served to the desperate without other options pre-security.

- Hamburger flatbread
- vodka cranberry version of their Apple menu drink (because they didn’t have the ingredients to their menu drink)

Don’t choose this one! Walked in on Sunday night around 7:30pm, seems waitress were not happy to see any Clients walking in. With more than half of the restaurant empty, she said clearly there were no table available and it was going to be a long wait. A few other group walked in and got Loud and unfriendly response. If the owner of this restaurant really need profitable business going , they should definitely fired the rude staff. I don’t see how this business can last any longer. ( walk into Grill and Vine 2 mins opposite this one, a very warm welcome and a lot of customers , obviously one of the restaurants will be more profitable and last longer)

It's basically a self service place. Everything is done through your phone with a large automatic large tip added.

“We aint got no food, just cocktails.” That was my greeting as I entered this restaurant at the Westin Denver Airport. It was about 45 minutes to close and Jennifer, the bartender, was OBVIOUSLY frustrated that I dared to come inside for a drink. She was so rude through out our initial exchange that I had to level set with her and let her know that it felt like I was inconveniencing her at her job. Eventually she warmed up and became overtly nice once she realized I was staying at the hotel. But it was too late.

Hey Jenny, if you treat me like I wont tip, guess what? I will prove you right.

To the management team, FIRE HER. Her service is bad, but her Margarita is worse.

Eggs over done/burnt not over easy, potatoes cold upon serving, and bacon over salted. For the price just go upstairs and eat at the Westin when you want breakfast.
