We just left this place because the bartender tonight was so rude, it would have caused a fight (I do not take that kind of treatment well) . From start to finish (until we left) she was yelling at people, throwing peoples food down, super rude to us - we waited until the bar area was cleaned off (like you should do when people leave) and my husband went to the window and she said “are you sitting here or not” she is the WORST bartender and representative for this company. I can’t believe she works there. we were walking out and a young lady in line said she’s been waiting forever and that she heard her yelling at people, so she left as well. So odd that a restaurant would deal with this type of behavior. You spend 500 dollars on a room and get treated like crap! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!

Somebody please fire the current manager of this place and give someone else a chance. We were staying in the Westin Hotel and stopped in here for a beer and some food. The server came promptly with water and asked us what we wanted to drink. My wife ordered an ale. The server said we're out of that one, and most of the other ales. Wife said she would just have water. I ordered an IPA. Server said we're out of that one. I tried my second choice - also out of that one. I tried one more draft - also out. I decided to try a bottled/canned beer - nope, also out of that one. I said I would drink water too. The server left and we walked out.
Understaffed in the extreme. They do what they can but...

Came here for a goodbye drink with my partner and the bar woman was beyond seriously rude for no reason, so much so, she refused to serve one of us. It’s all very well having a bad day but suggest don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to a) be nice to your customers and b) be as unhelpful as possible. We went upstairs to the lovely bar near the Westin because she was so awful. I’m so sorry for her colleagues who have to work alongside her and future customers.

Terrible service, rude bartender. Can't belive this place is in operation with this staff in place.

I thought stepping out the airport would be cheaper…but that wasn’t the case. But the Collette Farm Ale was crisp and fresh definitely worth the cost. Will be back for food. It’s a Marriott property so much respect! Thank you D for the advice!

I had a new server today! KERRI was absolutely incredible. I was considering not returning but I absolutely will if I can have Kerri as my server every time! Not only was the service great but she actually made me feel like she cared about what was going on in my life personally. I can't remember a visit where the bar staff was not horribly rude to me. I travel often and frequent Tivoli also. I like to hang out before security if my flight is a ways out because I enjoy being outside. I thought the bar staff had ruined this for me. It is obviously difficult to find good help at this business. Do not lose this new server! She is worth her weight in gold.
Thanks for everything Kerri!

This is the perfect sit down restaurant to escape the airport. Beautiful outdoor seating, great food & an awesome bartender named Tyler made our day with how courtesy & professional he is

Worst service ever. No silverware for the entrees-napkins and plates were an afterthought for the appetizer. Will spare the servers name for the review, but she was new and her mentor was equally as useless. Beers took way too long to arrive to begin with, rest went downhill. The food was decent for a limited menu. Waited forever to finally try this place and it was the biggest letdown in recent dining experiences. Will never come back.

We should’ve read the reviews first. 🤷🏼♂️ The food was actually solid, but they were out of several items—which is tough when the menu's already small.
Service was a struggle. We stood at the front long enough that a guy at the bar felt bad and flagged down the bartender for us. After getting seated, we sat unattended for another 10 minutes. I could keep going, but you get the idea—not the best service experience.

Not even a one star! The lady that told us to store our bag watched us walk around looking for a door in. She told us very sharply that they were only seating at the bar. She didn’t assist us with asking other guests if we could move a chair to sit together. She let us sit for 10 minutes with no talking, no menu, no eye contact. Then she barked at us without smiling once to scan the app and order. We asked if that was food and drinks. She just told us yes. We walked out very disappointed in the service and her. And her shirt ironically said I’m Lovin’ it! Big joke. Don’t expect good service but do expect to be disappointed. Not recommending. Go to the Boulder Beer inside near the Plaza. Great servers and drinks!! Very welcoming.
I am at the Denver airport at least twice a month and try to come here each time. Service is great, staff is incredible and the food is very good.

Bartender was openly and outwardly rude. I hope they read this and find a different job; your bad attitude ruined my night! Food took a long time. I would never reccomend anyone go here unless it was the only place in the airport
