I am visiting from out of town. G (our server) was absolutely incredible, by far the best service in town. I had the sashimi 7 piece and every piece was the best of that fish I have had in my life. I highly recommend this place. Thank you again G! I hope you have a fantastic weekend, you are so kind.

What an amazing little sushi place! It's a bit off the main track, so it might be hard to stumble on it, but I would recommend giving them a try. The interior is beautiful and I loved the wood accents. There appeared to be another section above, like a loft, for seating as well. Their sushi was very good and the special tuna roll they had fresh from Japan was the best tuna I've ever had. Very smooth and great flavor. The spider roll was also very good. I quickly glanced at the happy hour menu and it looked superb, so I plan to be back to give that a try. Highly recommend this gem!

Chicken teriyaki was dry, clearly reheated after being cooked and refrigerated. Dowsing with sauce can't fix that.

Really liked the vibe of the restaurant. The service was great - G, my server, was very attentive and kind. They always checked in if I needed anything or asked how the food was. The food itself was very mediocre. I had the tonkastu ramen - it has some flavor but was over powered by the sodium levels. I asked for my ramen to be spicy and it was not at all - I then asked for a side of their spicy sauce/oil and they provided me with it but it was barley spicy and just added another layer of sodium. I also ordered the chicken karage and the nuggets were pretty chewy overall. The skin was tough even though it was fried. The food overall was very alright - I would not go back to dine but I very much enjoyed the atmosphere and the service.

Honestly some of the best service I have ever received, if not the best. G is so professional, attentive, funny, and communicative. I've been to some insanely nice restaurants where I have paid 3 times as much that did not have that level of service. The food was also incredible. I highly recommend the dynamite roll and the takoyaki for starters, and the ramen was incredible. They have $7 large sake all day on Wednesdays, too! I definitely hope to be back.

Everyone else in my group got their food at the same time but me, and after an hour it still wasn't out. There's a forced 20% tip so I couldn't even express my dissatisfaction. Super embarrassing being the only one eating as everyone else is leaving.
Will not be coming back

So I’m from LA in California and I was Raised by Little Tokyo so I’m used to some pretty yummy Japanese Eats. I gotta say, the food here is better than most in Denver. And it’s actually Affordable, you don’t find that a lot out here. A lot of Mid food for expensive. When I walked in the Aesthetic was very cute very urban and little Japanese hole in the wall vibes. Service is above and beyond, had the cutest Server, very Attentive and polite, verbally and friendly, his name is “G” ask for him, you’ll feel spoiled when he asks to pour all your drinks. Gotta say the highlight of the night was there SUMMER COLD NOODLE. I couldn’t stop eating, delicious, fresh, chewy noodles, lots of umami. Served shrimp tempura and it did NOT disappoint. Coming back again tomorrow 🫠

One of my favorite Japanese places to eat in Denver! Staff is friendly and the food is even better. Sushi is great always fresh and lots of other delicious non-sushi options too. Drinks are yummy and when in season their seasonal desserts are exceptional!

A great place for great Japanese food and drinks. G was a great server, and very informative on the menu. The hosts were great and the cooks are friendly. The cherry bomb was delicious and strong. An amazing go to for Ramen!

Service was very nice. Food was good, but the chicken and the yellow tail collar were overcooked.

This review is mainly about the tonkotsu ramen. It’s absolutely sub-par and unacceptable. They charged me a $1.50 to add half an egg that wasn’t even soft boiled (it was hard boiled). The broth was flavorless and not thick or creamy enough. It only comes with some bok choy and pickled ginger with 3 measly thin pieces of chashu pork. It should be a $10 bowl of ramen MAX. I paid almost $20. Love this places sushi but there’s way too many better ramen places in the area. It would cost them almost nothing to upgrade their ramen considering it uses the simplest and most available ingredients which just shows a conplete lack of care. However their sushi is great and would recommend it over many sushi places in the area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
SOME OF THE BEST FOOD THE WORLD HAS TO OFFER! DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP!
The best ramen and sushi in the world, having visited Japan I still prefer Tokio, Denver. Tonkatsu ramen and the rock n rolla are my favorites.
