So friendly here. Myles' customer service is A++. Clean. Great music playlists. Cute little bartop to enjoy sushi. Lots of natural light. It's out of the Northfield traffic which is nice. Bianca recommended the steak and it was off the hook. Should be rated higher. Avid Tokyo Joe's Addict; I go weekly and have been since 2007 and this is by far my favorite location. Shout out to Larry Leith, he was the best.

Ordered $70 worth of food this afternoon and it was so worth it! Mackenzie greated me when I entered the building and provided 12/10 customer service! My order was packed and ready to go already! The best part was that my whole order was 100% accurate. The food was hot and fresh and made with love, shoutout to Bre who made my order. The team at NF is amazing all around! This is my fave Joe's location, and will continue to keep going back here!!!

Great place, it’s a little small but there’s not much the store owners can do about that so you can’t pin that on them. Food was amazing, healthy and correct portions were served, nothing but the most kind people were serving every time I’ve been there. 9/10 spot.

We did not think the food we ordered from here was very good at ALL. Proteins were dry, overcooked leather, brown rice was crunchy, and although the veggies seemed okay there weren't nearly enough of them. I used to live near a Tokyo Joe's and remembered it being so, so good. It's been a while though, and I'm saddened to see the quality has degraded so much. Sign of the times I guess.

Wow! I love this place and the people more. It was my first time and they were about the nicest people I’ve ever met. Each item they recommended ended up being amazing - and healthy. Huge fan here!

Another very disappointing experience from this location, we order here regularly and the quality and portion sizes seem to keep getting lower. Today we splurged and ordered 2 steak bowls (a high upcharge, we both got a small portion size on top of the actual steak quality being dry, chewy, flavorless and grey. Also to note there was lots of fat pieces in our steak something that we have never experienced. The asparagus on our bowl was yellow soggy and clearly old. (I will insert picture) Extremely disappointed yet again when eating here is a treat for our family and usually something special. The staff is also passive aggressive towards me a regular customer because I had to leave some bad feedback on my last visit as well. Unfortunately consistently spending money here for low portion sizes and bad quality the staff was also very adamant and concerned about getting a review left but unfortunately not putting any of that energy towards the quality of product we pay for.
