Best Tokyo Joe’s ever! My order is always on point and delicious! Shout out to McKenzie for keeping the good vibes and professionalism at an all time high EVERYTIME :)

Another very disappointing experience from this location, we order here regularly and the quality and portion sizes seem to keep getting lower. Today we splurged and ordered 2 steak bowls (a high upcharge, we both got a small portion size on top of the actual steak quality being dry, chewy, flavorless and grey. Also to note there was lots of fat pieces in our steak something that we have never experienced. The asparagus on our bowl was yellow soggy and clearly old. (I will insert picture) Extremely disappointed yet again when eating here is a treat for our family and usually something special. The staff is also passive aggressive towards me a regular customer because I had to leave some bad feedback on my last visit as well. Unfortunately consistently spending money here for low portion sizes and bad quality the staff was also very adamant and concerned about getting a review left but unfortunately not putting any of that energy towards the quality of product we pay for.

Hadn't been to a Tokyo Joe's in a few years. Food was pretty darn good, the bowl I ordered was quite a lot of food (not sure if they're able to put that same amount if you ordered the same meal to go). The only reason I didn't five star was I was surprised at how expensive generic sushi is. I tried the new sushi roll with flaming Cheeto dust on the outside... Was surprisingly good for average sushi, but it also came with a slightly surprising cost. 13 or so with tax for a full roll. 13 is actual sushi restaurant prices imo.

FYI to waitress. If you cook at home, me as being an X 👨‍🍳 chef, 1lb of chicken breast chicken, does not take 30 minutes to cook up. Originally was what I wanted. But was told by her it'd be 30 to get ready.. So I order 2 sides of chicken breast and was ready with my Bento order. Tell the difference between 1lb and 2 chicken 🐔 breast to be prepared. 1lb takes 30 minutes and 2 breast of chicken? Ya have a restaurant stove, as a chef

Not wanting to cook it cause closing time was near? Ya lost money 💰 far as I'm concerned. Door locks at 8:35pm. Serve till then if food is available. Just saying.
Felt as I was lied too to prevent a simple task. I can shop elsewhere that goes that Xtra mile for customers.

This place is hit or miss. The food is usually pretty good, however, my order is almost always wrong. I don’t like to waste food so I usually just deal with that I get. I just don’t understand how my order can be wrong so frequently. I’ve supported Tokyo Joes for about 25 years now and appreciate the times the food is right, but come on.
