Tokyo Joe's - Northfield

This was my first time in to Tokyo Joe’s and Brianna was a huge help! She recommended the BBQ Banh Mi Bowl and it did not disappoint! Very good. I recommend you try it but I’ll be trying their Poke bowls out next time I’m in.

I see I’m going to have to go in from now on. I ordered a build your own chicken bowl, no carbs, extra veggies. I got all the veggies in the world but there was no chicken. Luckily I like veggies. But I wanted chicken with those veggies. They were cool when I called and will be issuing a refund. We’ll see if I have to go handle this in person if my refund doesn’t show back to my account.

I love this chain and this location was perfect. Friendly staff and fast service. Food as good as it was 25 years ago the first time I tried it in Highland Ranch!

I loved coming here! Food was delicious, even better than other Tokyo Joe's I've visited. Staff was kind. Air conditioned on a hot day. I love that the bathrooms are gender neutral. No need to wait twice as long for the bathroom. Food came out quickly. I'm also really encouraged that it looks like the reviews are frequently responded to! I would love this place even more if there was recycling and compostable containers used, and if the staff could consider using microplastic free cleaners (not that I know if they do or don't, but just something to think about!) Thank you :)

Loud and noisy customers who should be kicked out. The Signature bowls do not need red pepper flakes and chicken was not plentiful enough.

My family ordered 2 poke bowls, 5 rolls, 2 potstickers and edamame through GrubHub. Everything was correct and packaged securely. The servings were generous. Everything was delicious and we'll definitely order again. Thank you.

I liked this place a lot. I've ordered Mojoe Bowl with udon noodles. There were less noodles than chicken and veggies. Big portions and very tasty.

Ate there three times, its close to my job. Definitely got a stomach virus from the poke on the third time. I don't recommend 🤢

I’ve gone in to this location less than 30 minutes before they were set to close, TWICE recently. Both times I was greeted by a very sweet cashier who took my order and was generally really nice and welcoming. My food came out quick, it was delicious and I was really happy with the value. We are long time vegetarians, so we always go for something tofu based. We also enjoyed edamame and some tasty drinks. I’m bummed about the sweet potatoes being discontinued but as long as tofu is still available, we will always be back. I do wish I had gotten the cashiers name as she definitely deserves a shout out.
