Pretty much the same story with everything around here. Bunch of kids that don't really take any pride in what they're doing. Steak was beyond overcooked and you only get a small amount anyway. Like I said, pretty much same story for everything around here. Sub par.

Came in about 10-15 minutes before 8pm. Location closes 8:35 . Waited several minutes for them to say they have no white rice and are not making any more. Poor customer service. If employees are frustrated maybe just close the entire place early why have customers wait and deal with this. Ive gone to severalnother tokyo jo's with no problems around this time.

I’m so frustrated with this location. I’ve been eating at Tokyos for more than two decades now, but I don’t know if I can continue ordering from this store. I moved my business to this part of town three years ago and have been disappointed almost every single time I’ve ordered here since. Why do I keep coming back?! I guess I’m always hoping things get better because I normally love Tokyos, but it hasn’t happened yet. From rotten veggies, to dead bugs in my food, to incorrect orders and undercooked food, I just can’t take it anymore. I was supposed to get a refund for a dead fly in my food and that never happened. What is going on here?! I’m honestly, it’s kind of unbelievable.
Everything was great but was in a hurry and had to get to go. I would rather have eaten in and savored the moment.
