The baked products are wonderful. The coffee and tea are great. However, the staff and surrounds are pretty average. I don't understand why coffee shop staff are surly. It seems that if they don't want to serve the public they should work in another industry. Lastly, allowing persons to use the counters, chairs and tables for their business operations is a huge problem. Somehow the establishment needs to control this problem.

I had the beef curry bun and a hot jasmine hot tea. I know I didn’t get the more popular items that this place is well known for I have to admit, I’m really satisfied and happy. The beef curry bun was light and delicious, but the star of the show was the Jasmine Tea. I’m going to have to come here for the jasmine tea alone— as crazy as that sounds. I can’t wait to try out their items. The owners of this place really put a lot of thought in terms of the aesthetic, ambiance, music, food quality, and etc. This is a place worth returning to— for its value and quality.

Very unprofessional service. Wrong order and an uncomfortable attitude when it was mentioned. Employees were also excessively loud. no one wants to hear their personal conversations. Save your time and money

We love this place. One of our favorite bakeries in town. It's hard not to stop here every time we go by! The bacon egg is delicious. You should always get one! We love to get the hojicha (hot or iced) here because we can't get it pretty much anywhere else. What are the spicy cod row in advance? You'll be rewarded. So delicious! Love how friendly the staff is. We recommend this place to everyone you know!

At my dying friends request, I came to get him a few pastries. The staff were so very sweet and gave me pastries for him on the house!! My friend cried when I told him as I walked in this morning of your kindness. You have truly made a dying man's request very special! Thank you!! I will be back!!
Omg my first time here and everything was so good. Cheesecake is best I have ever had!! The red bean bun was so good. Even the hot chocolate was so good. This swill now have to be a regular place!!
