Some chain restaurants are successful because they know how to do things right. I walked right in and was greeted by a friendly bartender and she made my two drinks quickly and got my full rack of ribs out quickly as well. Very sharp, attentive and kind. (March 14th, 2020 5:00 pm.)

Awesome food. A little pricey but worth it%. I recommend trying the red velvet cheesecake for dessert too. The best thing they make lol

Nice interior decor. We went early after visiting RV show. Good service. We both ordered ribs. We were disappointed in quality, not very meaty. Sauce was okay, a little mustardy. Coleslaw was not good at all, needed to be more creamy and colder. Best item was my baked potato. We went to Tony Romas years ago before they closed and used to love them. We will stay with Rib City for ribs.

It's one of our local restaurants. We love the Onion Loaf and the food, waitstaff and atmosphere is great. The ribs are excellent and the filet's are superb.

We wanted a cheap prime rib dinner. At $8.99 my expectations were not very high. Our waiter Sean was over the moon! He was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The prime rib came out cooked perfectly. The baked potato was cooked perfectly, The mixed vegetables were also cooked perfectly. I was so delighted with my experience. This is a hidden gem in a city of chaos.
The place was nice and comfy and easy to get a table. Wait staff was very good but the ribs... Yeah... I have had a lot better. I had the baby backs and they were really dry. It was not very busy on a Monday night. The beers were good and the appetizers good as well... We had the shrimp and clams.

The service was good but the food did not turn out great. The steak came out overcooked and burnt.

Fantastic happy hour and prices, especially for the area. Food didn't blow me away but it was still good. The happy hour tacos were for sure worth getting!

Ribs were horrible. Just the meat between the bones. $24 for about 3 ounces of meat, if that. Salad was good and kids liked the pasta.

Although the service was ok and people that helped us were very friendly it's a place that will not stay in my memory very long. I kept the feeling that something was missing. The food had very little shine.
