The food was good but I have to admit the ordering by screen was incredibly confusing if you've never been there before. Since this was my first visit, I was quite at Sea with all of the options and I didn't quite know how to hit the various menus to get the right tacos that I was interested in.
What added to my stress was that there was a line of eight people behind me so it wasn't like I could spend time getting to know the menu. I ended up abandoning the screen ordering and just went the first available human and requested explanation of some of the options.
If you decide to go to this place multiple times you'll be fine but I was traveling and was unprepared to order not having ever been there before.

Torchy’s in Northfield is amazing- great customer service, clean and delicious! Hunter was incredible and really went above and beyond. We had a wonderful experience and will be back!

Torchy’s tacos is one of our favorite places in the country. Just can’t get enough of the queso. Always an interesting taco to try and the airstream salad is fantastic.
