Tacos are great!
Stood at counter for a couple of minutes before I realized there is only kiosk ordering. Trying to figure out how to customize my taco was more work than I'm willing to put in for a flipping taco that costs $6 so I left. Won't be back. Sorry torchy's.
You wanted $20 minimum wage Denver? How about no job instead.

Put in new kiosk for ordering. Confusing and similar to eating fast food restaurant with higher prices. No one around to verify your age if you wanted an alcoholic drink so skipped the margarita Than asked for a tip when no interaction with a person. Disappointing

We ordered takeout tonight and it was delicious as always. We picked it up on the way home from work and the store was VISIBLY understaffed. Our takeout order was 20 minutes late and it seems like they barely had enough employees to run the store. The employees that were there were courteous and as kind as could be given the circumstances. Our food was checked on multiple times by the staff and they kept us informed. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT. staff your stores, take care of your employees and FIGURE THIS OUT. this is a review for the employees that were in the store today, not the management that put them in this situation

Good tacos. Good service
I’ve been going to the Hampden location for a while because of how bad things have gotten at the Arapahoe location. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to make a difference anymore—both locations are struggling with the same serious issues.
On my most recent visit, it took 45 minutes to get just 4 tacos. It wasn't busy; they just said they had a good number of online orders. We had to ask about our order twice before it finally arrived, and three of the tacos were missing their sauces. The tacos themselves tasted good, but the service experience was extremely disappointing. No apology when they were dropped off and no visit from a manager to acknowledge the problem.
This wasn’t a one-off either—the last two visits have both taken an extreme amount of time. I even submitted feedback through the official form and never heard back from anyone.
Torchy’s used to be a reliable spot, but now it feels like things are going downhill fast. I hope they can get it back on track, because right now it’s not worth the frustration.

This happens EVERY TIME we order from here... it is never ever ready when it says to pick-up / we wait to leave to pick up food 20 minutes AFTER they say it will be ready and we walk in and it's not ready and most of the time they haven't even started it - blame it on something always. Then when you do get your order, it's always missing something. And it's not that they are busy, they have 4-6 people in the restaurant eating. I write this as I'm sitting here again... waiting. Such a bummer.
