Prior to my visit I had a lot more experience at the highlands ranch location. I always thought that the food was good and this time I was looking forward to taking someone who hadn't been before.
This location didn't hold up to those standards. The tacos were soggy, lackluster, and just severely underwhelming for nearly $6 per piece. The staff was hard to track down as well.
I'm bummed that I couldn't introduce my guest to the same experience I've had at Torchys in highlands ranch. I'm hoping this was just a bad night for Torchys and that they can work on their consistency.

Torchy’s regulars, but 100% skip this location. The new touch screen ordering system was awful. It took easily 15 minutes to order for a group of 6, where it would have taken 2-3 minutes previously. Cant imagine what this would be like if you had a line of people waiting to order with only 2 kiosks. Empty restaurant but most tables were dirty. The food quality was definitely not as good as other locations either.

Shout out to Taydon— he is not only a friendly face at the bar, but he’s also incredibly honest!! I accidentally left my purse in a booth while waiting for a to-go order. I had money sticking out of my wallet and of course he could have stolen my credit cards etc. But instead, he picked it up and stored it behind the bar, and waited to hear from the panicked person who left it behind, and saved it for me until I could get there. I’m beyond grateful for his honesty!!! And I do love the democrat tacos too!!

Would not order or dine in both experiences were terrible employees are lazy about their jobs will often leave out add ons and when mentioned they just shrug their shoulders like “oh my bad oh well.” As well as anytime I order online the food is literally thrown together you unwrap the foil and the burritos just fall apart not wrapped at all and they never include the drinks they charge 4$ a piece for and I usally order two and have never gotten them. Very inconvenient when there’s better places not very far.

Sadly this torcheys has kinda gotten bland. Ordered some breakfast tacos, not seasoned, no flavor at all. Their eggs are cold, the meat was definitely not marinated and undercooked BADLY. The drink selection was 2 beers only lol. Hopefully they can get some cooks who put some flavor back in these suckers, because they used to kick. Now it's just bland cold boring tacos. May as well just go to Taco Bell. Same quality and A LOT less expensive.
