Food is always great at Torchy's but the service was not the most attentive or friendly. It effected the atmosphere and all around experience. Considering the cost of eating out now, that makes this location a second or even third choice when we decide to splurge.

I came through the drive thru for lunch. It took 5 minutes before I was greeted, I orders and then proceeded to go to the window and pay. I was told the 2 tacos and guacamole total was $22.79. I was charged and then asked for my card back. Without any explanation at all was charged another $2. The manager told me that the total was actually $24.79, but the receipt reflects differently. So not only already over priced, but overcharged. My bank statement shows the charge for $22.79 and an9ther charge for $2.

3.11.24 was my first visit I was trying to decide and landed on the fish tacos but then had to choose what type of tortilla. The staff person suggested one of each - perfect! Staff were very courteous and helpful. Their shrimp tacos are delicious, nice atmosphere, and fair pricing.Parking: Plenty of parking and if Hampden Ave is busy you can use the back entrance on the north side of the lot. to enter/exit.

The food is great of course. I had horrible service here tonight - ordered online, got to the store, stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes and no one came up to me or said a word. I went to the bar to check on my order, and the bartenders seemed super annoyed. I am a hospitality professional of over 15 years and worked at the OG Denver Torchys for a year ‐ I was part of the opening crew. The service here tonight was super upsetting. Not cool.

Took over 20 minutes for our tacos (at other Torchys it's usually 10-15 minutes) plus, two other people that came in and ordered after we did, get their food first(one dine in, one to go). Our order was rather simple.
My pork carnitas was juicy and delicious. The queso was hot to the touch so very worth it. I gave my husband a bite and he said the lime sets it off. A winner lunch for us today.
