My boyfriend and I had dinner here on 11/15/25. The food was wonderful, the service was great and everyone was so friendly. We don’t live in Denver but we visit often so we will be back.

Cute spot with great service and delicious food. The bread they bring you is so soft and savory. I ordered the tomato bisque and salad for my apps and the vegetarian lasagna for dinner and my partner got the shrimp pesto gnocchi which, I was impressed by all of it! AMAZING soup, salad was super good, lasagna had loads of veggies, gnocchi great! Would come back.

We’ve been here a few times and never had a bad experience. The food is to die for, the service is great, and the staff has wonderful drink pairing recommendations. HOWEVER, last night, my girlfriend and I went to the location on 32nd. The wait was going to be about an hour. I looked online and found a reservation in 30 minutes at the Colfax location. I went ahead and grabbed and told Tom to take us off the list since I found the reservation at the other location. He asked for my name and crossed me off the list. When we arrived at the Colfax location, I gave Toby my name and he said “you traveled all the way across town to eat here?!” He said Tom called ahead to tell him we were on our way. Toby was fantastic, provided great wine recommendations, and at the end of dinner he said he was “under strict instructions from Tom to give us dessert on the house”. What an unexpected treat! Their white chocolate bread pudding was the perfect end to a wonderful date night. When your team cares that much, your guests take note! Can’t wait to go back!

We’ve eaten here before but this time was very disappointing. The brussels sprouts were incredibly salty, fairly inedible, the Bolognese was tasteless, and the spaghetti was just cooked well… we won’t be back.

We are new to the neighborhood and keep coming back to Trattoria Stella. Like someone also said recently, the food is just really good. And so is the staff. We've had most of the pasta dishes several times and it's too hard to pick a favorite. The pasta and ingredients taste fresh and authentic. It's got a very casual, warm, neighborhood feel and everything we've tried has been delicious. We are really thankful to have this gem so close to home.

Great Italian restaurant! Between my friends we had three different delicious dishes. I had the creamy sausage rigante and wanted to lick my plate! So good. Wish they had more draft beer but I'm sure wine is a better pairing with pasta anyways.

If you need a date night spot - here you go !This is one of our special go-to spots in Denver. It's not in the best part of town, but it's certainly one of the best restaurants in the entire city. Attentive, thoughtful and friendly staff. We've been several times and the food has always exceeded expectations. Unique, delicious menu items with generous portions. Great atmosphere, the whole thing.
