Sub par food that’s overdone and under seasoned. Ordered takeout and received melted styrofoam clamshells that had chicharrones and limes in them (how the hell do you melt a clamshell with limes in it…). For some reason, every item in the bag (the outsides of food containers, etc.) were so greasy, we thought one of our items had exploded open in the bag (surprise, nothing had spilled). Please change your gloves when handling food and containers, it’s unsanitary to not and cross contamination WILL occur.FOH staff was very friendly and welcoming, BOH needs additional training.

This place is pretty bland. Not sure how it stays open. The taco was really greasy. The queso is like Velveeta. The green chili had no flavor.

Enjoyed the guacamole and chips!Very good beef and bean burrito smothered in green chile and a good margarita. The sangria was also good.

I walked in the restraunt with a friend and we were standing in the host stand for about 10 minutes. We seen employees and they didn’t greet us. They kept avoiding eye contact. I walked up to the bartender working explaining we have not been greeted and she had an attitude and stated a 20 minute wait. You can tell they were short staffed which is understandable but rude walked to another restraunt. Was disappointed because I saw it online and really wanted to try it ☹️

Finally a place with white queso dip!! The margaritas were good, not too strong but flavorful. The birria nachos had plenty of sauce and meat. Service was friendly and pretty quick, given we had a group of about 12. Nice to enjoy the outdoors while being inside, with their set up.

We always liked coming here because they had good specials. Food is just alright. We came here on a Sunday because their website said they had happy hour from 3-6pm but when we arrived they said that they didn’t do happy hour on the weekends. I understand that things change but it is confusing when many people look up the website before going out to eat.

I went this past weekend and I can tell that the food was delicious. We ordered some drinks also and Margaritas are good! The waitress was really nice with us, I think her name was Pris. I definitely would come back again!

The food here is surprisingly lacking in flavor. The service was weird... i don't know how else to put it. We were the only people in the restaurant. They played Tina Turner the entire time we were there. I didn't even know that many Tina Turner songs existed.

We just had lunch here, which was a surprise as they seem to be closed every day of the week. I had to ask for water three times. The waitress was confusing my water order for some kind of mixed drink? And when i ordered my meal, she acted like it was something unusual. Im not sure the waitstaff has experience working with customers. I ordered the lunch special tamales, which were bland and mediocre. However, the waitress charged me regular price, so I asked her about the lunch special price. She claimed that I was being charged the correct price, $15. The lunch special menu clearly states $11. I'm not one to complain about a mistake, but she refused to give me the correct price. This is such a strange stance, considering the menu is right there. My meal was definitely better than a high school cafeteria, but not by much. We won't be returning.

My daughter and I went there last night. I have been there on two other occasions, and the menu hasn’t been the same in my 3 trips there. There appeared to only be 2 employees there, a bartender, and one waitress. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive, it wasn’t hot, and it wasn’t what either of us ordered. We didn’t have another hour to waste, so we ate it, it wasn’t very good either. It won’t be around long after this latest revamping, and I won’t be back!

Me and my family went in this restaurant with all my kids the waitress seemed angry and upset looking at us so rudely greeted us very unprofessional it made us all feel so unwelcome so much we got up and left before even ordering. Please work on you customer service.

Probably the worst Mexican food I’ve experienced in Denver. I ordered the steak chimichanga. It was 90% beans inside and a few hunks of meat that tasted like pot roast. The sauce that covered it was almost gravy like. Also, I expected chips and salsa like at any other Mexican restaurant, but did not receive any. I don’t know if they just don’t do that or what. atmosphere was good but the service was awful. I wondered if we were ever going to get our check. Waiter barely spoke to us the entire meal. I do not think I will go back to this location ever. Lots of other good choices out there. I sell them give one star but I just could not give this woman any more than that. I hope they improve for their future guess but I will not be one of them.

Came here on a scorching hot day to get some appetizers and drinks. The appetizer we ordered was guacamole and chips and we got a very little amount of each for the price that it was…which was $11 for a small bowl of chips and 1 generous scoop of guacamole. It was very overpriced. The guacamole was ordinary and comparable to somewhere like Qdoba where they give you 4+ scoops of fresh guacamole and a big bag of chips for $6. Drinks were good but service was rough. Didn’t see our waitress again for almost 40 minutes so we couldn’t order more drinks or ask for any napkins during that period. Had to leave cash as payment as we knew we’d have to wait a long time for her to come back for the bill. Unfortunately didnt order anything else so, not very compelled to come back again based on what we had.

Based on some reviews we ordered the Carnitas Bites since there were four of us. The tray of carnitas arrived and we didn’t have silverware. After getting that from the bar we realized we didn’t have the tortillas. So we had to track down our server again. After a few minutes they were brought out but only 3. My dad mentioned it to the server and she said it only comes with 3 yet the menu said 4. On top of that we only got 1 small container of salsa instead of two. Tasty but not worth the price without enough tortillas and salsa as advertised on menu. My entree was good and the rest of my family enjoyed their meals. The best was the churros with ice cream. Nice atmosphere but I won’t drive across town again to eat there. Definitely save room to share the churros with ice cream.

I really want to love this place but the food just doesn't have a lot to intice me. The drinks are great. Has a bit of a sports bar feel still that is great.
