The people at the counter are very rude! I had an online order to pick up and waited for 3 minutes before I was helped. They did not greet me when I walked in, no hello or anything. It seem like they hate their jobs.

This is typically my go to place. Seth was very rude this morning. Interrupted me and then accused me of interrupting him and raising my voice. When I called because I never got my delivery from jump I told him I understand it’s not their fault but DoorDash directed me to them and explained what happened. As I’m explaining and reading the messages I got from DoorDash he interrupted me and said well it was a male who picked up your order. As if me giving him the dashers name was a lie. When I have the messages. Phone number. Info from door dash. He was very rude. Argued with me for 5 minutes instead of just apologizing and processing the refund. He is trying to lecture me and tell me he doesn’t need attitude like I’m a child when I was very respectful until he got jazzy with me. Y’all just lost a customer. Never again.

It’s my 3rd time having a Avocolado Smoothie from here. It’s my 1st time dine in . I order online for the rewards. The Smoothie is always great . I ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap. Nice presentation but I order Smashed Avocado and OMG it was so SALTY I couldn’t eat that side of the Wrap. I had to open it and scoop it out with the spoon. I walk over to the server and I ask her if the Avocado is prepared there she said yes . I told her to dump it because it’s Too SALTY. No Cap !

My teen daughter came and ordered a smoothie ($$$) and it was awful. It was was waterered down. When she went in for a remake, they only added sweetener and would not remake her smoothie. Ridiculous when the drinks are so pricey. Keep your customers happy!

Waited 15 minutes for one smoothie, because one of the workers here had their friends come in during a rush and was chatting and kiking with them instead of completing orders. They then deleted my order off the screen thinking it must’ve been done because they were too distracted chatting smh. Another employee noticed I’ve been waiting for a while and got my order right and good to go, kudos to her. If you decide to come to this location for lunch during the week I suggest ordering ahead so you don’t have to waste your time for nonsense…
