I was skeptical to go to this location due to all the bad reviews but I had the complete opposite experience! I was greeted when I walked in, my online order was ready when I arrived, my smoothie was filled to the top and I was also told have a good day. I encountered no rude employees :D

Dude at the register was insanely rude. Refused to make my drink how I asked even though I've had it made the same way for 10 years plus. Guy is power hungry and running away customers with his attitude. Has tattoos on outside of forearm and glasses.

Just passing thru town and stopped in 1st time ever to a trop smoothie. I got the avocado smoothie and it was hands down thee best ever! The problem was the girls working there. There were 3 of them. They were soooooo not friendly.

Tropical Smoothie did not disappoint. I ordered the Mango Magic smoothie with white chocolate, super refreshing—not overly sweet, a perfect smooth tropical blend. The Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap was flavorful with a generous addition of spice(s). It came grilled and filled with juicy, seasoned chicken, rice, black beans, cheddar cheese, pineapple salsa, fresh romaine, and jerk sauce. Everything was served quickly, and the staff was friendly and pleasant throughout.

I stopped by Tropical Smoothie Café on Peoria Street in Denver for National Smoothie Day, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I ordered the Sunrise Sunset smoothie, a Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt, and cheddar chips—and to top it off, I received a free smoothie as part of the celebration. That was a great surprise and made my visit even more enjoyable.
The Sunrise Sunset smoothie was vibrant, fruity, and incredibly refreshing—exactly what I needed on a warm day. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and citrus, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt was hot, flavorful, and filling. The bacon was crisp, the chicken was tender, and the ranch tied everything together just right. The cheddar chips were the perfect side—crunchy and satisfying.
What really made this visit stand out was the staff. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. It made the atmosphere feel upbeat and easygoing. The store itself was spotless—tables wiped down, the floor was clean, and the ordering area was well-maintained.
There was plenty of parking in front, so finding a spot was no issue at all. I also noticed the restrooms were open and clean, which is always appreciated when you’re dining out.
Overall, this location exceeded my expectations. Great service, great food, and a great smoothie—plus a bonus freebie just for showing up on National Smoothie Day. I’ll definitely be coming back, whether it’s for a quick bite, a smoothie pick-me-up, or just to enjoy the friendly vibe. Highly recommend!

I have been ordering Mocha Madness from this location for over a year and it was usually good, aside from if you order it through a delivery app they will intentionally fill it only 80% vs if you go in.
But today I order 2 of them and add my usual energizer and I receive what appears to be blended Ice and instant coffee. No chocolate to be seen. Definitely not the drink that I use to get. The drink I get I would heat up and it was like drinking a Mocha latte. This is Ice and coffee.

I recently visited Tropical Smoothie Café and tried the Chia Banana Boost drink and a Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt. Both were absolutely delicious, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
The café was impressively clean, including the kitchen area where everything was being prepared. This attention to cleanliness added to the overall positive experience. Moreover, the staff were incredibly welcoming; both ladies greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in.
Overall, a fantastic experience with great service and tasty treats. Highly recommend!

We walked in nobody greeted us. Nobody said hello and when we left, nobody said goodbye. The guy making the smoothies made three other smoothies before hours, even though there was no one inside of the establishment except for us. Once he got done, all he did was slam me down on the counter in front of us and didn’t even say anything. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. We’ve been there like five times now over the last month and four out of five times we’re just not good experiences. I’m thinking we might try going to Jamba Juice
