Wish I could give zero stars. Waited to order for 10 mins guy chit chatting with I am going to assume his girlfriend other employee starring at a computer screen. Such a shame the night shift here is great lesson learn never will come here firing the day again most likely never again new smoothie shop just opens a few blocks down.

This location is terrible. I had to waste about $40 worth of food. There was a knat it my food. Employees' hygiene was terrible and extremely rude. The store was filthy. They took my name a number and said a manager would call me and never did. What an absolute waste of money!

Short staffed, and has erratic hours. It’s a gamble if you’ll get served or not. Apparently the GM would rather only serve online orders then have walk-in traffic.

This is probably the worst experience I've had at a drink shop. We went out of our way for some smoothies we were craving. The staff was rude and unprofessional not to mention less than esthetically pleasing. $30 later we received "smoothies" with no fruit flavor and taste like dirty ice. Probably pretty healthy though being that it's water with practically no sugar.Parking: Most ignorant people just park in the handicap spaces because that's all that's available in front of the store.

I went in early in the morning for my usual smoothie and food. The tall lady who took my order was extremely rude. Instead of the usual "hi welcome in" I got a "what do you want today" with an attitude. After I waited for my food, my smoothie was chunky and my food was cold. The service has gone bad in the past week. I usually come in expecting two very nice young ladies and make friendly conversation, but now I will not be coming in again because of the new service.

Got a blueberry Bliss smoothie and it taste like dirty water. Couldn't taste no fruit at all. Worst drink I have ever got from there. Won't go back again if this is what I get for 8.00 dirty water. My mom's drink was the same 9.00 had no flavor absolutely gross!!!
