I’ve ordered the same drink at least 6 times. It’s different every single time and it’s only been good twice. It’s literally the same drink. I come back every once in a while hoping they’ve figured it out. Won’t make that mistake again.

My online order with the app was ready when I arrived (about 10 minutes). I got the chipotle chicken flatbread and it was very good, it had a good amount of chicken and sauce and the bacon was cooked well. I got the sunrise sunset sub orange juice for blueberries which is my favorite right now and it was also very good. The smoothie was blended very well and not too much ice.

I used the app to place an online Order I knew the area I was in and knew where the location was when placing the order the app referred me to a “closer” location instead so I clicked it once I placed my order and showed up to the tropical smoothie that I thought I ordered at my food was not there so then I proceeded to call the location here Lincoln to let them know what happens. Let them know. I will not be driving 30 minutes away to go pick up a bowl and asked for a refund and at that point in time, they told me that they did not know how to refund me. I cannot do it through the app because the app says to contact the café when you’re placing orders for pick up They told me that there was no manager available. They did not know how to do that so they said I’d have to call back another time then a few minutes after they completed the order that I picked it up. So I never got a refund I had to pay for another order of what I originally ordered at another location of theirs, and no one was able to help me

This is my favorite place to eat hands down! Everything is fresh & tasty! I love everything I have eaten here.
Vegetarian options: If you can't eat processed food like me with ibs, this is the perfect place for you! I've never gotten a stomach ache from this place. The food is really good! 😊
The Avocolada smoothie with chia seeds is my fave! My newest fave is the Bahama Mama bowl....yuuum!

Wasn't able to try anything here on the menu does the magic give me a card to try the first item free but failed to sign it on purpose knowing when u came to use it like I did 2 weeks later (now) I would be turned down. If the smoothie is as good as the customer service then your bound to catch food poisoning from here. Horrible service!
So I will no longer be coming to eat here. The new owner are extremely pathetic. I had 4 drinks and they gave me a grocery bag as a drink carrier. They are too cheap to buy the name brand. This tells you everything. How pathetic A great place to come and hangout now I will never return to this establishment. I'll be going to smoothie King. At least they are Americans.

Received a melted açaí bowl and than was told that the freezers aren’t working!.. cool than why did you sell it? Instead tell me to get something else. Also this location is full of flies everywhere! Terrible! Denver skip this one

The one time I had a bowl here it was great but I have tried multiple times to order from them online and orders get canceled last minute, the website says they are open but they aren’t and when I call them the number is disconnected. Awful customer service at this location and they are already overpriced as is for a dang fruit bowl.

Very disappointed, this location accepted and cancelled my daughters online order and when we tried calling the phone is busy and or just disconnects. We contacted the Doordasher and he informed us that the location was closed and my daughters card was still charged so no way for her to get a refund. This is not ok for you to do this to people. Maybe they need a new owner
