I ordered a #3 on a plain bagel, just to wait for 3 minutes to be told they didn't have anymore pain bagels. So I asked for a refund and the guy was saying they have other bagels, but I'm not paying $10 for a bagel I don't want. He begrudgingly gave me a refund and was clearly very upset over it. Not my fault that YOU took my order without knowing you were out of something. It's my mistake for thinking I would enjoy this place.
The microwave is the head chef here.
Go anywhere else but here for coffee or breakfast.

Friendly staff, large menu. Bagels are delicious! Even with the crowd, they were quick to complete orders!

Nearly $5.30 for a small latte (12oz) with only 1 shot when the normal is two shots everywhere else. Couldn’t imagine the cost with the extra shot. Way overpriced.
Great coffee and friendly staff

Wish I didn’t waste my time getting lunch here. My sandwich (taste & price) was comparable to airport food. The staff makes sure that you leave disappointed by their lack of personality.

Cold stale bagel overloaded with cream cheese. 15 minute wait. No place to sit. Staff not engaging whatsoever.

Coffee was great! We had the vanilla Chai and the vanilla latte. They even gave us recommendations! We'll be back probably every day while we're in town!

Just gonna copy and paste my review of the other location here as well.
The man who runs this place is way too conceited for the subpar food and drink he serves. Like chill dude, you’re serving up coffee, not saving lives.
Hands down the best sandwich and bagel shop in town. Reminds me of NY/NJ and Chicago. Their Chicago beef sandwich had like 2 inches of beef on it and that bread was *chefs kiss* exquisite! Service was fast and friendly.
The coffee was very good espresso was smooth and refreshing - cheaper than Starbucks and other chains too.
A little over a 10 minute walk from the office but I will make sure I make additional visits for breakfasts and lunches in the future.

Good tasty bagels with fast service. However, the coffee, it's a no for me. Americans might like it though. No trained barista just a dude shooting in the dark.

Zack was really nice and helpful and kind with myself and the other customers who cane in before and after me. He was calm and cool but actually present at doing the job at hand. You can tell he cares about his job and the customers unlike the other two people working with him. I ordered a hot tea and he put the honey in there for me so i didnt have to mess with the honey
