We did a modified version of the omakase tasting (somakase) and it was outstanding. One person in our party has a soy & dairy allergy, so our server, Kelly, checked with the kitchen and they created a custom tasting for our table that was allergy friendly. Each dish was presented and confirmed to be allergy safe, the service was fabulous. Stand outs included the shishito peppers, pork belly and hot rock. All the sushi was delicious and very fresh. Cocktails were great as well, highly recommend!
Uchi needs a Michelin Star like yesterday! I have an amazing experience every time I dine here. Get the bincho nigiri and thank me later
first time and really enjoyed ourselves...service was great and very timely...food was very different from our usual sushi but we really enjoyed everything we sampled...
Great service and small bites!! Definitely a spot to check out when in Denver! Jameson was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing! Thank you for a great evening!
This was my third happy hour experience and as before, it was wonderful. We let our server, a delightful and cool guy wearing beautiful Navajo jewelry, order for us, and we got a delicious assortment of fresh fish prepared in interesting ways, as well as amazing crispy rice and a unique beef tartare. The value T happy hour is fantastic and if you go early it is uncrowded and peaceful. I love this place!
First visit, exceptional.

I’ve been to the Austin, Houston, and Denver locations many times and I’ve never had anything less than a 5 star experience. The fish is always the freshest in the city, the creativity always impresses, and you won’t find better service. Also their happy hour is the best value in the city by a mile. Thank you Uchi for always impressing my friends and family when they come to town. I will be a fan for years to come.

Best Sushi Restaurant I’ve ever been to. Every dish i had was delicious, fresh and cooked just right.
Seth and Kelly literally provided the best customer service I’ve ever had. I sat at the bar but the atmosphere was still great. I highly recommend this Restaurant and ask for Seth and Kelly. I’m already planning to go back.

I wanted to treat myself and my partner for our anniversary. they did not make it feel special and I just lost a child. Which I told them . Cut us off after one espresso martini l; I will never be coming back. I’ve had horrible experiences the last three times but I keep trying to give it a chance. Our server was horrible, but everyone behind the sushi bar was amazing. Ruined, RUINED, the anniversary of my sons death. I cannot believe I paid for this. I’m telling everyone to never come here . We spent $200 and still tipped 20% for nothing. We left as soon as we could. I’m disgusted. Our server w the dark short hair and glasses needs to be fired.

Warning: the sushi is so amazing here, it will be difficult to justify eating lesser sushi anywhere else. The otoro sashimi has flavor profiles out of this world!
