Had the Valentine’s omakase and it was well worth it. Super delicious food and lovely staff. Our server Jordan was so helpful and kind. Will certainly be a return spot for us.

I was lucky enough to have an experience here for lunch. The host, Finn was so warm and welcoming, really seeing if there was a way to squeeze us in for lunch. The food was incredible, I got a lychee martini, the lunch omakase special and the milk and cereal for dessert. The hama chile was hot, tangy and refreshing. I don’t usually love seaweed salad but this one wasn’t slimy at all. Omakase was so good I forgot to take photos of I when it was first placed. I went all in. Totally worth it for the atmosphere as well - sexy, natural cool. Thank you so much Uchiko!!

Wow!!! This was one of my favorite meals and experiences in a long time! Our server Elaia was the absolute sweetest and gave us the best suggestions to go off of. It was my bday and husband doesn’t eat fish so this was an absolute treat but even he said this was a top dinner for him. The Kosho Toro maki and Hama chili were chefs kiss. My husband had the wagyu and grilled caulilini and couldn’t have been happier. Our sever treated us to a variety of treats throughout which made experience top notch! Thank you to all the chefs. Wish I took pictures but I was too excited about the food. Sorry, not sorry 😘

You can get the same quality for half the price at other places. Our “party” sat for less than an hour and was subject to automatic gratuity of 20% which is trashy at what’s portending to be an “upscale” sushi place. I had the maki, fried mushroom tempura, one single piece of unagi, a $13 beer, and I paid $70. A San pelligrino out the can is $11 which is crazy cause you can get a 4 pack for cheaper. The food was good even though I didn’t see a single Japanese chef. In all the place just felt pretentious. I heard they have a good Omakse happy hour, though we were quoted $375 for a 2 person omakase outside of the special time.

We skipped the omokase and picked over a dozen items from the menu ourselves to make sure we got the bites we really wanted. I love this approach. Jordan our server was awesome and coursed our order out perfectly. He balanced flavors, hot courses and cold courses, spacing out similar items. and even throwing in a little bonus Hamachili for us to try, (which wound up being many of our table’s “bite of the night.” Get it!) an awesome Saturday night! Thanks Jordan!

This place was so peak gang. 💗The food was fresh, and it also tasted so good! They told us the details of each food. Also, 10 different people filled my water which made it a super cool experience as my water was fresh. The money was a lot so don’t go there. 😔✊

Middle level restaurant with very poor service... not cozy and very very noisy. Food is average

Love this restaurant, the food is always fresh and delicious! Someone had been smoking in the bathroom so I had to go outside for a while after using the bathroom just to get my head to stop hurting. Other than that a perfect night.
We had a truly exceptional dining experience at Uchi. The restaurant is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. We were drawn in by their rave reviews and dedicated vegetarian menu. (I appreciate they removed fois gras from their offerings. I wouldn't have visited here otherwise.) We sampled several dishes, including the avocado nigiri, king trumpet mushroom nigiri, and the kinoko nabe with seasonal mushrooms. Everything was phenomenal. The service was outstanding as well. We came here to celebrate a few successes and our server Red took wonderful care of us. We definitely look forward to visiting Uchi again soon. Thank you!
DELICIOUS! Definitely recommend the somokase where they create the experience based off your price point and preferences. The tuna is out of this world delicious (and pricey). But so worth!
We went to Uchi for HH and the place was packed and buzzing when we got there around 4:45 on a Friday night.
We ordered the omakase for two, expecting a 9-course nigiri set, but were pleasantly surprised by how much variety it included — a hand held salad, hamachi chili, three pieces of nigiri, hama kama, temaki, pork belly, squash tempura, and dessert. We added a few extra dishes (charred edamame, crispy rice, and sake maki) but honestly didn’t need to because the omakase was so filling.
Everything was amazing, the fish was incredibly fresh, and my lychee martini was one of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced, not too sweet or too strong. Overall, a fantastic value and experience for happy hour.
