I’ve been to the Austin, Houston, and Denver locations many times and I’ve never had anything less than a 5 star experience. The fish is always the freshest in the city, the creativity always impresses, and you won’t find better service. Also their happy hour is the best value in the city by a mile. Thank you Uchi for always impressing my friends and family when they come to town. I will be a fan for years to come.

Seth and Kelly literally provided the best customer service I’ve ever had. I sat at the bar but the atmosphere was still great. I highly recommend this Restaurant and ask for Seth and Kelly. I’m already planning to go back.

I wanted to treat myself and my partner for our anniversary. they did not make it feel special and I just lost a child. Which I told them . Cut us off after one espresso martini l; I will never be coming back. I’ve had horrible experiences the last three times but I keep trying to give it a chance. Our server was horrible, but everyone behind the sushi bar was amazing. Ruined, RUINED, the anniversary of my sons death. I cannot believe I paid for this. I’m telling everyone to never come here . We spent $200 and still tipped 20% for nothing. We left as soon as we could. I’m disgusted. Our server w the dark short hair and glasses needs to be fired.

Our experience was disappointing. While visiting Denver, we were on the hunt for good sushi and UCHI came up as a top choice. Given our hunger, we chose to go there without checking the reviews first, which was a mistake.
The prices are outrageous, and the environment is far from kid-friendly. Although there were plenty of staff members, we waited an unreasonable amount of time to receive just one piece of avocado with rice, priced at five dollars. Our order of seven sushi rolls cost nearly $80. It’s simply not worth it. I absolutely will not return and I strongly advise against going there if you're hungry, as you'll end up with a hefty bill for very little satisfaction.
