Uchi is an excellent place to take a date or close ones, warm atmosphere and tasty smaller dishes. Recommend all the sushi, Temaki rolls, and especially the walu walu, Foie gras, tempura, and crispy rice.

The experience does not live up to the hype. The food quality is disproportionately low given the price. There's something about the whole vibe in this place that feels forced, and incomplete... Like a gimmick.

Sit at the bar and splurge on the Omakase experience. Worth it. Don't think about what you want, just let the chef decide for you. You will never be disappointed!Dietary restrictions: You can tell your chef any restrictions and they will work around youParking: $5 valet

I went on a Saturday night. For the price and trendy atmosphere of this restaurant, one would expect quality and flavors similar to a Michelin-starred establishment. Unfortunately, that's far from the reality. Every dish I ordered tasted no different from any average sushi place in Colorado, which is usually not great. I had initially considered dessert but opted for ice cream around the corner to avoid further disappointment. If you're craving sushi in Colorado, I recommend saving your money and seeking out other options. While the experience wasn't terrible, it certainly wasn't great neither.Regarding the service, we had a rude server who appeared annoyed by our questions and lacked the knowledge to provide answers about the menu.Drinks are good. Only thing I recommend.

Uchi was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect — the bursts of flavor, the quality of the fish, the presentation. My girls and I shared many dishes to sample and I have to say, the sashimi (not pictured) was the best of it all. I think I will dream of this place. Our server was also very amazing. He walked us through the entire menu and kept checking on us to ensure our content.I would like to come back some day when I have a bigger budget to try more items on the menu!We spent $129 for 4 girls + drinksDietary restrictions: They made sure to ensure that their customers’ allergies were concerned!

This place was great to try but wasn’t anything special for the price. I liked the temaki rolls the most.

I had the best dinning experience with my bestie. The hostess was so sweet to the guy that walked us to the sushi bar. My sushi chef was Thaddeus and my server was Amy. They were a great team and gave an AMAZING dinning experience. I will definitely come back.

Had the Omakase and it was delicious. It is a kind of the chefs choice of 10 different plates, incredible variety and excellent preparation. The staff was friendly and well trained. And the bar tender Alby was the Best.

I've thought I've had good sushi before but eating here made me realize that it wasn't true. This was the best sushi I've ever had. Yes, the dishes are smaller, and yes, it could be on the expensive side for some, but YES it is worth it!There were so many types of fish and seafood that I've never seen offered elsewhere like Barracuda! The bone marrow was so delicious, the unagi (eel) was UNBELIEVABLE. The cocktails pack a punch and are so beautiful and delicious. The server (I wish we could remember her name) was really efficient, moving so stealthily and quickly. She also answered a of our questions and made sure that our allergies were known. That way, our dessert was made so that we could both enjoy. We had the shortcake and it was delicious. The pastry chef also gets 5-stars!The sushi chef behind the bar where we sat was also pleasant and asked me how everything was. He had good things to say about the work environment and everybody seemed to work together and with positivity towards their coworkers and guests. He also let us know that they get fish from a famous Tokyo market! The decor and the interior design were also nice. Fun and beautiful without being overwhelming or distracting.Overall, we will definitely be back!
