My wife and I had a truly rememberable dinner at Ukiyo. The creativity of the food and the interaction with the Chef's was awesome. We chose the wine and beer flights... the pairings were perfect. Definitely on our top 5 restaurants.

This was such a fun experience. My man and I really enjoyed it. We did end up getting the Sake paired with the different dishes and it was definitely the way to go. Every single dish was impeccable. So much fun. Thank you to everyone who served us! We will be back!

It was a wonderful dining experience. Everything from the ambiance, to the drinks, to the food was well done. The coursed menu was so fun and thoughtful. Totally worth it for any special occasion of night out.

If you get the chance- GO. Ukiyo was such a great experience. Every step of the night was just remarkable. The food was delicious and I learned so much about the ingredients, the preparation, the ideas behind the food- really everything was just a treat. I left absolutely stuffed so go hungry!

This truly was a dining experience of the culinary arts. The dining room was small and intimate. The staff was so welcoming and the chef was delightfully open to conversation and questions. Now to the best part - the food. All I can say is that we got to savor flavors that we've never had before! And I say this with delightful pleasure. They are flavors that make you dance and wiggle in your chair because your mouth is so happy. Truly an experience that I'm excited to be able to have in the heart of Denver.

Ukiyo was a great omakase experience with a really nice mix of flavors with each dish. Some were subtle and some packed a ton of flavor - the progression was great! We left full and really enjoyed this dining experience. All of the staff were friendly and talked us through the food and beverages with great details.

Excellent experience with a delicious and varied menu. I appreciate highlighting different fish from areas not solely found in Japan for variety and sustainability. An excellent choice.

After having been to a few different Omakase Chef Table restaurants, I was excited to try Ukiyo after it was recognized by Michelin. However, our experience did not live up to the hype. The vibe was quiet, kind of uptight and a bit stuffy. The food was missing Umami. Felt like they focused more on technique and less on making food that left you begging for more. My husband agreed that after about halfway through, we started to get anxiety about the next course. We found ourselves checking our phone clocks to see how much longer we had. Overall, just not the experience we had hoped to have.

Most expensive meal of my life. I could think of a few other ways to spend that much and get more bang for the buck.

Quickly becoming our annual anniversary date. We've been for the last few years and each time is better than the last. The staff, ambiance, food and drinks are exceptional. We appreciate the varying choices for drinks and always get the mocktails. They are as complex and delicious as alcoholic versions. Love Ukiyo and hope to keep returning for years to come.

It was good. I appreciate what they're doing trying to fuse Japanese and European techniques with the season 4 menu, but the largest course was dessert. Not rice, pasta, or ramen that would have felt more cohesive with the meal. Having a spice cake with chocolate and cotton candy after several dainty fish dishes and sake derailed the meal for us. It was delicious cake, and the most filling course of the meal, but just felt like it didn't go. Also be sure to really study the eye chart of a drink menu and associated prices or you'll be in for a shock at the end of the meal.

We loved the Omakase experience. The intimacy of experience allowed us to focus on the symphony of flavors conducted by the chef's choices.

Most amazing dining experience I have ever had - the freshness of each course, the creativity, the way everything tasted just absolutely spectacular and unmatched. Biggest props to the chef!!! Also maybe one of the coolest bathrooms I have been in, complete with a Japanese toilet!

UNBELIEVABLE. Almost no words. Full on EXPERIENCE from beginning to end. From Vanessa welcoming us, to Paul and the other chefs taking us on a journey through the food, to Jeremiah bringing us all around Asia via Sake and Japanese whiskey. Do NOT miss this! They also have incredible Tuna nights the first Tuesday of the month! New menus every season so you can keep coming back. Such a memorable date night, special occasion, or just anyone who’s really into food.
