We have ramen almost every week and we've had some amazing places all over the world. We ordered takeaway tonight and when we got home everything was cold as if it had been sitting there forever. We picked up exactly at the 30 min mark that was quoted to us. The spicy chicken ramen was flavorful, but the chicken was ice cold and the egg was terribly undercooked. The mandatory tip for takeout for this quality was outrageous. Considering this is some of the most expensive ramen we've had, it's not worth it. Would never go back and would advise avoiding.
They actually have 3 main dishes that are or can be made vegan. They have ramen that can be vegan, they have vegan Khao Soi, they have a cold sesame noodle dish that you can swap out the chicken for mushrooms and/or tofu. They also have 1-2 apps that are vegan. This place is totally worth the visit.
Legitimate the best tofu I've ever had
Fun little resturant that is pretty unique based on colorado standard, but i have had many better ramens even in colorado. So it is fun date night or activity based diming experience but the food is meh, bao buns were similar to supermarket frozen buns. Staff were super nice and friendly and the place was trendy and hip
10/10 ramen! So much flavor in the broth and well balanced! Just a joy to dine here!
These great reviews baffle me, and was what tricked us into trying out the spot. But the ramen here was so bad that it angered me. It wasn't inedible but it was NOT ramen.
It was good
Delicious. I thought they closed at 10 but they close at 9 and I got there at like 8:40. They were all still super cool and friendly and insisted we stay and eat even though me and my two friends were keeping them from finishing their closing duties.
An extremely inhospitable place for anyone who weighs >200lbs- not only for you, but also for anyone sitting around you as well as wait staff. I absolutely shudder to imagine what it would be like trying to eat here as a wheelchair user when the patio isn't available. As a side note, fwiw, the menus they have online are not current and the music is too loud to hold a conversation with anyone not seated directly next to you.
Dietary restrictions: The no-substitions rule is not as hard as it is presented- if you tell the staff about your food allergy you should be fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible outside patio weather.

Charging 15% service fee for take out is absolutely wild. Seems like most of the restaurants in the highlands have lost touch with reality these days. Sad!

Great ramen. It’s overpriced, but what isn’t these days? I just fundamentally don’t think they should charge extra for their spice bomb. Any pho place provides chili oil at no charge. The place is great, but wow it gets expensive for the moderate amount of food you’re getting.

Insanely good food. This restaurant is so organized and makes sure all of the details work in perfect harmony. I suggest the spicy chicken ramen, the pork buns, the veggie ramen, and the Dan Dan Noodles. This place never misses!

Not worth the hype. The ramen was great but the other menu items were underwhelming and over priced. Also the restaurant takes itself too seriously for a ramen restaurant. $50 penalty if you no show for your reservation? All to be sat at a bar, have no privacy, have to stare at the kitchen all night? No thanks. It’s good ramen, but that’s all it is. Serve it out of a food truck.
