Love this place! It’s me and my mom’s favorite ramen place. This location is the best too!

Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.

My husband and I shared:
- Fried Chinese Eggplant Bun
- Fried Chicken
- Spicy Chicken Ramen
- Veggie Khao Soi Ramen
The Chinese Eggplant bun blew me away. I'm usually not an eggplant person, but it sounded interesting and our waitress sold me on it. If you get one thing, it should be this. I also loved the sauce and unique flavor combination on the friend chicken.
Between the entrees, the Khao Soi was my favorite. This didn't surprise me because it's my favorite Thai dish and I tend to like it more than traditional ramen. That being said, the spicy chicken ramen was still very good.
We went on a weekday and arrived right when they open. If you do this, it's not busy at all. 10/10, highly recommend this spot for great Asian food.

Came here on a whim and was very impressed! We got the spicy cucumbers, grilled hanger steak lettuce wraps, Dan Dan noodles, and vegan khao soi. The cucumber portion was large and was a good way to break up the heavier flavors of the other dishes. We found to the hanger steak wraps to be flavorful and balanced but we did wish the steak had a harder of a sear. Still delicious though. The Dan Dan noodles were not as in your face as other Dan Dan noodles I've had but I liked them. They did not have as much of a Szechuan, numbing sensation which I liked. The vegan khao soi was recommended by our waitress and that was awesome. Not the traditional Khao soi but really packed with flavor! Staff was really helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend!

It was hard to rate this experience. Me and my wife are big fans of Uncle Lohi. But the last time we went in (this week) there seems to be a significant change in the standards for cocktails and glasses of wine. Her cocktails were 1/3 of the glass and half of what you would expect. And surprisingly, my wine was the same 1/3 of the glass and completely underserved. I’ve been going here for years and never seen this or been served such small amounts for $16-20 cocktails/wine. Quite disappointed and has us really wondering what happened. To be honest, it ruined the experience for us.

This is a review for the denver airport location, there is currently no google location to review. I enjoyed my expierence at the airport. I got the spicy chicken ramen, it was excellent. John the bartender provided excellent service and was enjoyable to talk to. The food came out quick. We had a 30 minute layover and it was more than enough time to eat, have a drink, and make our connection.

Noisy, flavorless and over-priced. I don't know how they put that many ingredients in to one bowl and have it come out completely flavorless, but they do it. Literally, no flavor in the duck confit bowl, unless you consider heat a flavor. Service was what you expect from 20 something kids, meaning mediocre. Drinks were way overpriced for what you get. $17.00 for a very weak and small cocktail. Luckily, we had a gift card so we didn't spend our own money here. When we left there was a line of people waiting to get in... which is absurd to me. Don't wait in line for this place, it absolutely is not worth it.

Originally a fan, great ramen, last three times I’ve had serious stomach issues eating here. Not sure if they changed quality control (like every spot in Denver) but it’s abnormal. Hope it gets fixed so I can update my review but candidly I’m not sure I’d eat here again.
Chashu ramen was solid!
Uncle is known for its ramen, but their Highlands location has so much more to offer—especially during their Summer Happy Hour (Monday through Saturday, 5–7 PM). I recently stopped by and was seriously impressed with the variety and quality of the small plates.
Everything was flavorful and well-executed. Highlights included the Chinese Eggplant Bao (crispy and packed with flavor), the Chilled Tofu (so refreshing), and the Romanesco, which was a surprise favorite thanks to a great team recommendation. The hanger steak lettuce wraps and garlic shrimp were also delicious.
Service was kind and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is laid-back but modern. If you haven’t been in a while—or have only gone for the ramen—this happy hour is the perfect excuse to return.
