1st time here and it was perfect, sashimi was fresh, the duck ramen was delicious and the drinks were amazing, very well executed all around.

We went to Uncle for dinner last night and had an amazing meal. We always bring friends and family that are visiting to Uncle, because we know everyone will be happy with what they get! We ordered bao buns (eggplant and pork belly), pork and cabbage dumplings, cold sesame noodles and the Tokyo Shoyu ramen. Everything was incredible - highly recommend the dumplings!

No matter what ramen shop we go to, we always compare it to Uncle. This is by far the best we've found in Colorado.

This place rocks. We eat here weekly. Food and service are excellent. Cocktails are excellent. One thing I wish they would change (PLEASE!!) is the lighting. If the vibe was right, which could be solved by softer/dimmer lighting, this place would be exponentially more enjoyable.

THE best bowl of ramen I’ve ever had . Ordered the Veggie Khao Soi ramen with the side of the crispy tofu & I am still reeling from how amazing that meal was . The tofu was crispy but still melts in your mouth . The broth in that bowl made me want to get violent . The service was great & the vibes were dope . Wasn’t a huge fan of the loud lighting but I’d sit with my over stimulation for another bowl of that anytime .

Can’t do something as simple as leave egg out on their ramen. Clearly a factory kitchen instead of a real restaurant. Avoid at all costs if you have allergies!

Love this place. Best Ramen I've ever had aside from Ramen Tatsuya in Austin, TX. Get an additional ajitama egg. You will NOT regret it! Also, their cold sesame noodle dish is phenomenal if its hot outside or if you're just not feeling ramen.

Yummy ramen! Frequently come here with friends as the food is consistently great and the service is quick. It can get pretty loud during peak hours, but overall it’s always a good experience!

I really enjoyed this restaurant and the customer service was unbeatable. I’ve never had this level of amazing food, matched with an incredible wait staff. I can’t even say anything bad about this restaurant because it was purely the best I’ve had in Denver. You guys desire a Michelin star, and I’ve been to many restaurants that do have one or more. They don’t even compare to this place, keep it up. I’ll definitely be coming back, Thank you so much for the amazing experience!!

Casual but efficient staff in a casual and quite loud environment. A bit overpriced, but overall good food and tasty spirits. The flavors in the duck ramen varied and complimented each other well. And the pork belly bao was the best I've had in Denver and the others have been quite good as well. The sauce here on the bun site my palette better with less ginger. The mezcal in the old fashioned was nice and smoky.

Wait was too long. As expected I guess. Food is always on point. Server was amazing. Drinks were over priced since it was 75% ice. Overall I wish there were more locations!
