Had the pleasure of slurping down some top-tier ramen at Uncle and let me tell you, it was a symphony of flavors in a bowl! The spicy bomb was a must for me. The broth was rich and soul-warming, the noodles were perfectly chewy, and the toppings? Chef's kiss! There was something for everyone on the me u and everyone in our troop enjoyed there food. The bathrooms were even adored with cherry blossoms hanging from the ceiling. The only sour note in this otherwise delicious experience was the soundtrack volume—felt like dining in the middle of a concert. So, if you're up for a culinary adventure (and don't mind shouting over the tunes), this is the spot. Just maybe bring some earplugs.
Sleek ramen shop with a small (but intentional) menu. Big portion & options to add on. I still think about the crispy tofu that I added to my ramen - so good. Had to wait about 45 minutes on a Thursday night. But was well worth the wait.

My fiancé and I have come here quite a few times and we love it every time more and more. Claire the hostess is so amazing and so sweet everytime we come in! And our server Mathew, who we’ve had a few times, was amazing as always!! Aside from amazing service the food absolutely never disappoints. The chef, Greg, created the most amazing steak dish. We’re hoping it stays on the menu ?? this evening we dined at the bar and just wanted to also shout out Ian for being an awesome chef who laughed at our commentary. Seriously amazing spot and worth checking out whether you live here or are just visiting!!
Incredible food, incredible service. If you’re looking up reviews figuring out if it’s worth a try, trust that it is. In a sea of ramen options in Denver, Uncle is top 10% easy.

Ok so the food is amazing. They have gluten free options as marked on my photo. The music is too loud, but maybe that’s me being old.

Chilled tofu was surprisingly my favorite thing. Everything was delicious but that tofu was really something specialWe had the duck ramen. More unami than I usually go for in my dishes but it was still very delicious.Service was above normal in attentiveness but I isn't fins it annoying. I liked your waitperson a lot and she helped with us identifying the foods that wouldn't aggravate a tummy ache. I tend to order spicy food even though I'm allergic to peppers.I still think about that tofu. It's been 5 days!Atmosphere is busy but very cute. The bathroom is actually gorgeous

Great casual dining for ramen! It was busy when we came on a Wednesday evening but we were seated fairly quickly. We got the Duck ramen and Tokyo Shoyu ramen and both were flavorful and delicious. The meat was also tender.

Angela was amazing! Highly recommend this place. Our host was also very nice 100/10
Tried the Spicy Chicken ramen since it’s one of the most popular dishes on the menu. The broth was heavy and tasted like a soupy sriracha aioli. The egg was barely poached and fell apart in the broth. As advertised, this isn’t a traditional ramen spot. While the food left something to be desired, the hostess was great and very attentive to those waiting.

i hate to leave negative reviews. i am new to denver and have tried a couple of ramen places that are very mid. i haven’t found my go to ramen spot yet. i heard uncle was the best in town so decided to try it. i ordered take out. i must say, it was packaged well for takeout. i ordered the spicy chicken ramen. but when i got it, i tasted it and something just tasted “off” but familiar. at first i couldn’t put my finger on it and then it dawned on me. the chicken tastes like old rotisserie chicken. like, the type you get at costco. same rubbery texture , oddly shredded pieces, with no skin, and greasy. if you’ve had old rotisserie chicken you know what i’m talking about. this stained the entire flavor of the soup and i could not eat it after the first few bites. so i ended up tossing it because i couldn’t get past this flavor. i also do not think the noodles are homemade (i could be wrong, but they weren’t anything special in my opinion). i’m disappointed because i wanted to really love uncle. if they’re using rotisserie chicken in their soups, or in their takeout, that’s pretty gross and also a huge way of cutting corners and charging premium price. i could be wrong on this, i hope im wrong, but im pretty good with food and tastes and flavors. and i’m telling you it was so weird and grossed me out. interested to see if anyone else had the same experience.

Food and service was fantastic; Anne gave excellent recommendations, food came out quickly and drinks were always full. The soft shell crab buns, duck ramen and chicken katsu were spectacular, and the spicy bomb is SPICY (loved it). Highly recommend reservations, it was mayhem when we arrived!
The ramen here is one of a kind. Everytime i visit Denver i have to make a stop here. The broth is packed with flavor and has the perfect amount of heat. My favorite is the veggie ramen and I add chicken to it. Its perfect. They always have different appetizers when I come which keeps it interesting and makes you look forward to what the chef has in store. Definitely recommend coming here.
