One of the Congress Park staples! I love getting to take a walk from my house on any given morning with my dogs and being able to walk up to the window with them to place an order. Everything here is delicious (the almond croissant and the Shannon breakfast sandwich are my favorites). I also love getting one of the rotating agua fresca flavors. Today’s was dairy free horchata and it was amazing!! I also recently got diagnosed with celiac so I greatly appreciate the gluten-free pastry options as well as the ability to get a sandwich on gluten-free bread. Staff is always so kind as well :)
Will keep coming back again and again.

Great spot for a coffee or burrito. Their staff is fantastic. I’m a fan of their banana bread. The hot sauce on the burritos is a must. Just a heads up they do not have indoor seating.

Parking: Easy to find parking on the street or the parking lot adjacent.

I’ve been in town on vacation for two weeks and I’ve practically stopped here every day for an iced coffee. Love the vibe and the coffee is delicious. I’m going to miss it when I leave.

I have been needing a walk up dog friendly establishment ever since Covid started and ended. Stay this way. Having dogs means limited places we go. Thank you for being in the area. Love Pablos suppport. Pastry was on the extra sweet side. The oat bar could be an oat bake without the butter pie crust which would make it gluten free. Hope to see more crafty bakes out of here. Reading the petty low reviews is pretty smh type. Theres more people appreciating your est. And will be glad to become a regular.

I almost didnt want to write this review because I wanted to keep my favorite gem in Denver to myself! But they deserve the love!
Dank breakfast sandwiches and iced drinks… I come here 2 - 3x a week. Favorite coffee shop in Denver. Get the pesto bacon on crossiant and 4 shots in the iced mocha :)

Since my original review these folks have moved across the street to the north side of 12th Avenue into a much smaller space. They are no longer a bakery/restaurant, but operate solely as a take-out window. You cannot go inside and there is no seating.

The drinks menu includes coffee, espresso drinks, tea, chai, cocoa, and agua frescas. There are breakfast sandwiches on a bagel or a croissant, breakfast burritos, half a dozen pastry choices, and some daily varieties of deli sandwiches.

There is absolutely no shelter from the weather, so you bake in the sun, get wet, or freeze while waiting in line. An awning or some sort of pergola would be a nice addition to the building. This is a busy intersection, so street parking is limited. There is an equally busy parking lot just west of the shop.

This place is busy at breakfast time. You can order in advance by telephone or by using the Web site. Telephone may be a better option as they don't seem to monitor the incoming Web orders very well. You still need to wait your turn in line to pick up an order.

I'm not a huge fan of the baked items here. The croissants have been regularly overbaked for my taste and are crumbly and dry. Other pastries I've tried have been average. The breakfast sandwiches are OK--nothing special. Really more of a coffee shop these days.

Loved grabbing breakfast here while we were in the area, their croissants and bagels are top notch making great breakfast sandwiches. Good coffee too, loved the cold brews and the chai teas. Get a lemon bar!

I like using the window to order. They are busy but still super friendly and it makes you feel welcome to go there despite the rush of customers. Delicious food and great coffee.

Picked up food and drinks before Thriftcon, and were so happy we chose this spot! Great coffee, tasty burritos, and the croissants were perfect. The service was great too :) We'll be back soon!

Really good coffee drinks and pastries. This is a window that you order from and wait. No indoor seating. Good service.
