chairs were dirty, trash on the floor, dirty tables, carpet is filthy and worn, it's ridiculous they charge so much to go into a dirty lounge, it's not even a lounge at this point, it's a terminal you have to pay extra for. The food was good just needs to be heated more, overall i think the food is the only tolerable part.

Absolutely horrible. First, if you're active duty military, you're charged $29 for a pass unless you're on leave orders. There's NO DIFFERENCE between those two. American lounges? FREE. $29 isn't worth it either. Second, the furniture isn't comfortable at all. Third, the food and beverage selection is awful.

Uummmm... It's good. ?♀️

It was a nice atmosphere and more comfortable than sitting at a gate. The food was about the same quality as a hotel continental breakfast. I would get a pass on a long layover, but it's not worth it for short layovers.

Food is much better since the club opened.

The club itself is okay but 90% of the time I’d like to use it they close it to one time pass holders. I have the United Explorer card that gives you two one time passes per year and typically fly United out of Denver. This is the club I need to use and they don’t typically let me use it, rendering this benefit useless. I understand they have limits to who they can admit at the time but prioritizing one type of customer over another instead of first come first serve is tacky in my opinion. The passes are part of the reason I signed up for this card so I’ll probably cancel the card.

Flew through Denver on 02/17/2024: Great service and staff, but was disappointed at the food options. They all looked fabulous, but as someone with celiac I couldn’t eat anything other than bananas. All foods had allergies listed, which was an excellent first step, but options without those allergies were not provided.
This newly remodeled United Club is outstanding. There are multiple levels of seating available, with a fantastic bar on the 2nd floor. On the 2nd and 3rd floors are large buffets. The staff is great and friendly, and the food options and quality have significantly improved.

Convenient, clean. And great service

The renovation is nice. Craft beers on tap, but for a low price. Standard beers are free.

My favorite United Airlines Club in the USA! Fantastic food, plenty of seating, lots of space, very clean, and a great place to rest on a layover. Highly recommend!

This updated lounge is spacious. Two levels. The food could be a bit better. They ran out of NA beer.
