This place has big potential but im honestly let down by the service they provide. Im ignored as soon as i walked in and given a cold attitude.
We came in a big group, given our desired projects, and little explanation. After that you are on your own. The only way you can get help is if you go out of your way get the assistant’s attention. Otherwise, they’re doing their own thing and will NOT check up on you ever.
The tables are super close to each other so you are trapped and cant get around without interrupting other parties around you.
I did a painting project and the paint brushes were awfully split and not well kept.
i will say i loved how each kit was thought out and well put together. Thats the only favorite thing about this place.
if you come in a group, they will not give you the any attention or the service they claim on these google reviews then you will be forced to tip 20%. You will have a better experience at a restaurant than here.

I’m from Florida and so happen to be visiting the area for a conference. I called prior to my appointment just received clarification and was able to understand everything. When I arrived, I was directed on getting my supplies and step-by-step on how to do everything. Although I put a lot of pressure on myself because we are our greatest critics, The staff were amazing and support supporting me and encouraging me to keep going. Even when I messed up, they were quick on their feet with giving me different options on fixing shoes. I love how I was able to take supplies home to continue to work and clean up my work.
I would say the biggest thing that really touched my heart was how amazing the staff were. I had finished my shoes when the store had closed and needed to wait for my Uber. The staff were adamant that I stay inside and wait until the Uber was here to pick me up and take me back to my hotel. The dedication to make sure I had a great time, but also my safety was something I will not forget! The staff was amazing❤️

They require you to reserve then make it mandatory to do a 20% tip after your bill. What am I tipping for? I have to get my own crafts, supplies, and get my own drink. The employees are not paid servers wage. They charge $43 for a craft, yet all the crafts could be a $10-$15 dollar purchase from hobbylobby/micheals. I understand Denver is no cheap city, but spending almost $100 on two tiny cocktails and a craft as a single person is never gona be worth it to me.
So. Much. Fun. Staff, environment, drinks, music, all 10s. We are only in Colorado a few days, but if I had 10 days, I’d come back every day! Kayla and the bar tender provided good vibes and a GREAT experience!
