Do not miss it! Most restaurants, upon opening, need to find their feet, their groove. Urban Egg has been open 2.5 months and is a well oiled, efficient, friendly machine.
The atmosphere is excellent, a great mix or classic breakfast, diner, and bar. The volume level is just right. The smells of coffee, cinnamon, and bacon permeate. And the friendliness hits you the second you walk in; Urban Egg could be uppity, but it isn’t.

Delicious food and great staff, couldn’t have been a better experience for my trip to Denver, thanks so much, I look forward to coming back next time I’m visiting. Highly recommend all of their Mexican delights for breakfast.

Everything was on point. Lots of energy from the staff- would like for them to tone it down just a bit. We’re still waking up but they were great.
Enjoyed the flight of pancakes, the hash browns and bacon.
