Came to Denver on a work trip. I went to check out the USO like I normally do when I travel. I was stopped and asked what my job was. He didn't even bother to look at my ID. I felt like I was judged on sight based on my appearance. When I could have easily been a dependent. The confusion was cleared up and they were nice about it afterwards but never got a "sorry" or "my bad". Ok facility but it put a bad taste in my mouth. It takes 2 second to look at that black block on the front of the card.

The USO is a great resource for active duty, reservist, MoH (Medal of Honor), 100% t&p veterans, retirees, and their dependents. Must have a military ID for entry tho.

This is one of the nicest USO facility that I've been to. All are awesome and have wonderful volunteers, but Denver's USO is a must see. Easy to get to in Terminal A, 4th floor. Very friendly staff, plenty of chairs and food. Two Thumbs Up ????!!

This USO is a wonderful addition to DIA. The ability to relax in a zero stress environment while waiting on flights is priceless. The staff is wonderful. They are cheery, engaging, and sarcastic. Snacks and drinks are always available and fresh. There is plenty of seating and lots of places to charge devices and connect to the Wi-Fi. Located on the top floor of terminal A, it is conveniently inside security. Highly recommend!

Our second time visiting this USO. Lots of space to spread out. Plenty of places to "plug-in". Area for tots to play. Snacks and drinks aplenty. Bathrooms were located outside, just get the combo. The first was on the eve of lockdown, the volunteers were just lovely, and so worried over our travels....and sent our kids off with lots of perishable food they feasted on. The second was last week, very generous and glad to visit.

Our military need a place to sleep for over night layovers. Getting less stars cause it's not 24/7 to help out our service members. Now they have to just sleep on the floor in a airport and hope their stuff doesn't get stolen.

First time traveling in a while and since I had a good layover I figured I would stop in and check it out. The people that we there made me feel at home and did everyrhing they could to make my stay in the Denver Airport wonderful. Thank you very much for what you do for us I sincerely appreciate it.

If there's a better airport USO, I have not found it.

Denver USO is perfect if you have a long layover. Very comfortable chairs and environment with free food and drinks. It's definitely the place to be away from the crowds and activity of the airport.

I was unaware that veterans were not allowed in unless you were retired, active, or guard. He still let me in as a veteran. Never been denied the USO before! I left a $20 dollar tip in the box for their hospitality. Thank you for letting us relax for 2 hours.
