Terrible customer service. Went to pickup my food only to be greeted by a passive-aggressive white man manning the reception. He said somebody had picked up my order if it’s not there, so there’s nothing he can really do about it… in a dismissive manner. I understand if you’re stressed and all that w your job, but don’t take it out on the customers/delivery drivers.

Worst customer service ever. The people at the counter are rude they interrupt what you are saying like a little a kid does or like someone who has never learned how to properly communicate and then have the nerve to gaslight and say I'm being sensitive that they were not rude. Don't know what y'all were taught as children but when you interrupt someone you get smacked or reprimanded for being rude. Never recommend this location if you want good food and good customer service I have other better recommendations! Also wish the manager I knew still worked there they would've fired both the people at the counter for how they treat people.

This place is horrible! I don't eat meat and I was selecting from the vegan section on the computer kiosk at this venue. The guy behind the desk was kind of rude from the beginning and my falafel sandwich ended up being a gyro sandwich. I pointed this out when it arrived and the guy at the desk even knew I was looking for a vegan meal. He told me it was my problem I ordered a gyro sandwich. I would have never done that because I didn't eat lamb or any sort of animal product...
Due to the lack of accountability I will never come back to this establishment. That includes all the other restaurants in this fast food warehouse! Vallejo Food Pickup

I came to pick up an order and it was poorly packed. Leaking from the bottom. The guy at the front took it back to get repackaged but by carelessly picking the order up dropped it and told me it would be made after all the other orders were finished and that they had a lot of orders. He said I should just cancel the customers order altogether. The guy at the counter was a white male with a medium black/brown hair, standing 5'11-6ft, medium build wearing a tiki lounge shirt black with orange letters.
I’m not sure where these other people all went, but I definitely didn’t have as good of an experience. We ordered delivery through their website (it was delivered by a third party but we did not order through the third party, we ordered directly from Vallejo) and only half of our food made it. I immediately reached out to the driver, and he confirmed he had picked up the only food that was waiting. I attempted to reach out to Vallejo, but there was no number on the website to call regarding issues. All I could do was fill out their online help form. I filled it out THREE different times, and I NEVER heard back from them. Our order was over $100 but it was missing $50 worth of food. After hearing from no one, despite repeated attempts to get help, I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I hated doing that, but I felt like I had no other choice. I only disputed the part I didn’t get - $50. Two plus months later, I’ve learned I was denied because Vallejo claimed it had been delivered. Not sure how that could be when it never arrived. How Vallejo can feel good about lying about their service and stealing my money really speaks to the kind of people who run it. Disappointing because it was good food and we definitely would’ve been repeat customers, but now that I’ve seen their unethical business practices, I will never do business with them again.
