Exceptional! A well-rounded experience that worth it every single minute. Yes! It may pretty pricey on the other side but still worth it the food quality and experience. This is a beautiful structure, high ceilings, modern industrial-inspired decor. Very pleasing for dining and the area was spacious which was suitable for group dining. It was only our first here but we are already hooked with everything inside. All of the food was delicious and prepared to order. But it's the service here that really sets this place apart. They blend being very friendly with being sufficiently formal. We ordered some of the popular dishes such as the Pork Belly, Beef Tenderloin, Scallops, and Peanut Butter Cup for dessert. Everything we had was the best and worth it for the value. We are looking forward to the next dining experience here at Vesta.

Vesta is my favorite place in the city for a special occasion dinner or nice date night. The food is exceptional and the service is AMAZING. I first went here five years ago in 2015, and it has had the same quality but also stayed up to date since. My favorite dish on the menu is whatever version of a scallops dish they have, and my Boyfriend's is the venison. The sauce sampler is a great app, with the corn sauce and ailois being our favorites. I have Celiac, and they have a Celiac specific gluten-free menu - and the servers are super knowledgeable! They have GF bread for the sauce sampler, and almost the whole menu is already GF minus a few things, including some desserts! P.S. join their secret sauce rewards program! I believe you get $5 or $10 for every $100 you spend, and you can use it and get points there, Stuebens and Ace!

Haven't been there for a number of years and didn't know what I was missing. They have expanded their menu to supplement the small plates with larger ones. All of it was excellent. And the sauces really make the difference.

Nice atmosphere friendly staff. Very good menu with great takes on both small plates and full plated. Venison was very good. Arugula salad and artichoke salad were both very good. Food quality was excellent.

Salty service, salty mediocre food. The food was over seasoned, both tables in our party commented. But the waiter put nail in the coffin for this establishment. Never again, time to call it quits Vesta!

Very yummy. Everything we had very tasty. Nothing was over cooked and the pork belly was melt in your mouth. Portions were well sized, for the chicken is a bigger plate so come hungry for that! Friendly staff with a lot of seating. There was some live music when we were there but the volume was great. We were able to enjoy it and have a conversation without raising our voices. Would totally go again!

Had dinner here on a Saturday night. Delicious casual atmosphere with innovative flavors and menu options. We love the non-with the dipping sauces and the pork belly for starters in addition to the artichoke. One got the venison and 2 ordered the scallops.... every plate was cleaned! We finished with the desserts tasting and the peanut butter cup and they were all cleaned as well. Absolutely loved our first dining experience here and look forward to coming back!

Nice menu for Denver Restaurant Week. Good overall menu. Diverse, so covers lots of tastes! Service was good. I did not like the wine selection or the wine that I had.

Love love love the ambiance of Vesta. My boyfriend and I came here for a nice date night that happened to fall on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was full of people celebrating and it's easy to see why. There's a very romantic vibe. For appetizers we got the sauce sampler, the arugula salad, and two char siu pork bellies. The sauces we got were the magic sauce, black pepper aioli, kimchi bacon jam, and ghost pepper bbq. They were all solid but the kimchi bacon jam deserves to be bottled and sold - they would make a killing. The arugula salad was lackluster but I wasn't expecting anything amazing. The pork bellies were melt in your mouth good and we debated getting more for dessert. For our mains, my boyfriend got the Moroccan Spiced Colorado Lamb Tenderloin and I got the Dayboat Diver Scallops. The lamb was particularly well cooked and flavorful - the calabrian sauce was delicious. The diver scallops were good, but nothing special. I wasn't a huge fan of the sweet corn risotto. We finished up with the dessert sampler (baklava, mousse, and sticky toffee pudding). The baklava was fantastic and I found that other two very rich and couldn't eat beyond a couple of bites. But that could just be because I was so full! The one place I found lacking was the cocktails. We only got a few but they didn't have much to them, particularly the Shiso Unusual which just tasted like bitter citrus soda water to me. The Apple-y Ever After was better but still muted. I might just stick to wine the next time. Ambiance: 5/5 - great date night spot, feels intimate Food: 4/5 - awesome pork belly, good lamb, need to try their HH Cocktails: 3/5 - I would stick to their wine menu but I could just be becoming craft cocktail spoiled!

Vesta. Is. Amazing. Really, that's all you need to know, but I'll divulge a little further. My husband and I came to Vesta for the first time on a Monday evening during Denver Restaurant Week. It was a brilliant decision. Our waitress - and all other staff we associated with - were exceptional. Everyone knew the menu well, provided great recommendations, and were just downright pleasant to exist with. Whatever happy pills those folks are on, I want in on it. Now, the food and drink. PERFECT. The chef sent us out these delicious figs with goat cheese, honey, and pepper to start, and we also ordered a Char Siu Pork Belly, which got things off to a lovely start. The rest of our food consisted of: appetizers of Beef Bolognese and Spanakopita, entrees of Duck Fat Fried Chicken and desserts of Meyer Lemon Bar and Halva Chocolate Mousse. Everything was excellent. We also had the three course wine pairings, which were a great success. Lastly, the ambiance/atmosphere needs no improvements. I love the decor, and everyone inside Vesta just seemed to be happy to be there. We will 100% be coming back as their regular menu looks delicious, too! Seriously good job, Vesta.

Fabulous gem! This restaurant has that warm and cozy feel... Quiet enough but with a bustling feeling. The food is fantastic and the chef goes well above and beyond to satisfy patrons! The staff is super helpful and accommodating which makes the place perfect for a special night out. Great cocktails and wine list, too. Will definitely be back!

Vesta is always on point. They brought back the lamb entree. Seriously to die for!! Naan with dips, full Monty charcuterie platter with honey, jam and nuts, steak entree, cocktails, wine and dessert. All fantastic and excellent service we eat here for special nights a few times a year and just love it! ??

So many different flavors and every one one of them was delicious! The service is absolutely top notch as well. Our waiter described everything so well and anticipated our every need The first time my husband and I had dinner here 22 years ago, it was a memorable experience and its impressive that all of these years later it's still excellent!
