Love the food and the team - always a great experience. Updated food and drink menu is fabulous!
They have the best Bolognese in town! Hands down! Homey, friendly & casual atmosphere. We also love ordering delivery of the Pasta Bolognese (comes with a slice of delicious garlic bread - you may want more) especially on cozy weekends. We support this truly authentic Italian restaurant!… reminds us of living & eating great Italian in NYC in the 90’s.

All of the staff were very attentive and friendly and they were training someone who was very informed on all of the food and I know that he will work out.
Best food for the money in Denver. Salad and entree were served quickly and piping hot, and the food was delicious.. Extraordinary service and fun and friendly atmosphere. Be sure to make a reservation if you can!
Viale is so great and one of our favorites! The ambiance is wonderful as are the people. All the salads are absolutely delicious and the cocktails are creative and tasty. Thanks, Viale!
This is a great restaurant with delicious food. It has a neighborhood feeling and a nice bar. The noise level is a bit high, which can be annoying, but otherwise it's really wonderful. We split a pasta dish and a salad and in both cases there was plenty of food For each of us.
A Masterclass in How to Chase Away Loyal Customers The food? Good. The service? Good. I've been coming here for years—friends, family, clients, colleagues. I've probably done more marketing for this place than their PR team. So why the one star? Buckle up. Incident #1 A few weeks ago, two friends and I stopped in during happy hour—around 3:30 p.m. The place was empty. We ordered food, drinks, laughed, tipped well. Our sweet waitress even talked us into a round of shots before we left. Enter: The Fun Police. Before the glasses even hit the table, a woman I'd never seen swooped in and declared we had to leave immediately because of “upcoming reservations.” No smile, no “thanks for coming,” just pure managerial menace. After a happy afternoon with friends, we were essentially shoved out the door. I figured—bad day. It happens. Incident #2 Next visit, new guests, déjà vu. We arrived around 4:45, ordered the works—apps, entrees, cocktails. Everything was great... until dessert time. No menus, just the bill dropped like an unwanted plot twist. Our poor server looked like he was following orders from a hostage negotiator. We had already paid (with a 30% tip). Tables still open. And—boom—she reappears. Same woman, same energy, same “get out” vibes. Then the woman came back to explain herself. I told her calmly this was strike two, that I get turning tables, but there's a line between efficient and rude. She announced she was the owner—then walked off mid-sentence. Classy. Final Thoughts Love the food. Love the staff. The owner? Rude. Arrogant. Entirely out of touch with how to treat loyal customers. It genuinely saddens me to say that I can't continue to support a business run by someone so disrespectful. I'll also be making sure that every person I've brought here — friends, family, colleagues, and clients — knows exactly what happened. Go at your own risk. And if you see a woman sweeping past your table with an attitude—duck before the broom hits you.
So glad I had dinner. Visiting from Monterey California and I was blown away by the service, food and drinks. Marissa, Alicia and Tori were absolutely great above and beyond in in their level of service!! Food was great!! Thank you Chef
for a great meal!! I ordered arenncini, beet salad and chicken piccata.

Visiting from out-of-town and stopped in for dinner. The happy hour wine was a good selection. The service is fantastic and seems to be the place to go as the line for seating filled up around 6:30. The chicken picatta was good but contained a lot of filler vegetables. Could use a little more white wine and lemon sauce for base. The bread pudding was said to be a banana bread but ended up pumpkin. It was still good but I would have gone with a cinnamon sprinkle on the ice cream rather than the pumpkin spice. Nonetheless, a good visit.

Lunchtime is a good time to go for a quieter atmosphere, very enjoyable, and Connor is a delightful waitperson! Food overall very good, would have enjoyed added salmon and chicken a little less done.
Solid neighborhood Italian restaurant. Clean and efficient with friendly service. The pizza is good but they have a great menu so be sure to explore it.
It's not an all you can eat bread sticks and carbohydrates kind of Italian. They have salmon, mussels, delicious salads, and plenty of healthy options.
I wouldn't drive across town for Viale, but that's not what they're about. This is a friendly neighborhood spot. If you come often you'll see familiar faces.
Worth a try.
The food at Viale is always outstanding and plentiful. The servers/hosts, hostesses are engaging and fun when they have more time for conversation and they are always helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant when things are really busy. War have ranged all over the menu and have never been disappointed!
Excellent food and service. A little noisy because it was at capacity. Make sure you make a reservation.
We love this restaurant. Great food and caring service. Maybe a little noisy but overall 5 stars
