Not only is it pricey but customer service horrible ordered ahead still waited 20 mins when I got there as they served other people that sat down at the same time I arrived for my pick up order and they ignored my husband the whole time instead of acknowledging that we had been waiting forever. It’s not about the price ever for me it’s about the customer service if you aren’t gonna start my order until I get there, then why allow for me to call in for an order that doesn’t make any sense but they sure take your money immediately.
Clean store, food was so ok,service a little slow, and confusing among the staff when taking order
Great food! Nice atmosphere and great service! Best pho I’ve ever had!!
A good choice for large-ish groups - they easily accommodated our walk-in group of 7. They have an extensive menu of classics as well as a few nods to other Asian cuisines (e.g. pad Thai, sesame chicken, etc).
So happy to finally find myself back here... you're legendary! Thank you🐬
Tried the snails and viet house special. Was a nice intro experience to Vietnamese food.
Food was very good. Service was friendly and efficient.

Tasty Vietnamese food with a modern design.
The salty Catfish dish is my favorite but you can never go wrong with a bowl of pho or combo rice dish.
Would definitely recommend!

The soup was too salty, the quail's gamey taste wasn't properly prepared, the pho was mediocre. The only thing that was acceptable was the baked mussels.
I came a few years ago and remember it being fine. I'm not sure what happened but the three dishes we got were lackluster.
The other two Vietnamese places in The Fast East Center are much better in comparison.

I needed to find a new go to place for pho and happened to find Viet's Restaurant. The Vietnamese egg rolls were quite good. I had the best pho I have ever had before. The rare steak pho was pho-nominal :3

This food here is not good. I don't understand how people can say this place is even decent. The bun bo hue was a waste of money. The clams dish I got was flavorless. The inside decoration was nice but I came for the food and not the decorations. Disappointed that it's located on Federal and my expectations of a decent meal would have been better.

Delicious BYO spring rolls— we got the Viet’s house special. Friendly and quick service. The iced tea instead of water is a great touch! Viet’s is going to become a repeat for us, no doubt.

I've been here twice and every time they deliver with top quality service and food. This is now me and wife's favorite spot. They have Avery extensive menu and something for everyone!

The food took forever to come out and the food tasted very low quality. It took almost 20 minutes just to get our drinks and they also messed up my order with the table next to us.
