I don’t like giving 1 star but wow this place sucked. Sat down at a table for 45 minutes with zero service. Even flagged someone down at the 15 minute mark, and he was “be right with you” and continued to look us dead in the eye for another 30 minutes taking other people’s orders without another word lol that’s when we got up and left.
Truth is, is that don’t blame him necessarily, it probably the managements fault for not hiring enough people.

The pizza is not pizza. More like a pillsbury dough rolled out with canned tomato sauce. Nachos are great and service is very slow on event days.

Great atmosphere. Awesome venue for pre and post game. Good was good. The service was friendly but severely understaffed pre game. Waited almost 30 mins for our drinks when we sat down.

Came here for my first time and waited 25mins just for a drink and starter nachos. and then the server didn’t even come back and we had to find her, we decided to leave. Service was horrible. And it was gross inside. Smelt like dirty old beer and cigarettes. Our table had bird poo on it and sticky beer all over it

The food was not good chicken tenders overcooked, no flavor , the chicken wings was cold the bbq sauce dried up on top of the wings as if it’s been sitting out. The food did take a bit longer considering it didn’t looked that busy. Lower ladies restrooms, only one stall available rest are out of order.

Perfect place to go when you want to feel like the staff is doing you a huge favor by waiting on you. One person in our party didn’t even get their food. Chicken salads - had no chicken. Paid for drinks / no refills. The staff and service here are awful - unfortunately horrible service in the service industry seems to be the norm. Do not waste your time or hard earned money here.

Waited 25 minutes for food while the manager sat down at an empty table and ate his meal,busy since Octoberfest was going a block or so away.Bartenders chatted continuously with each other while we waited.

It was alright. The bloody Mary's are lacking vegetables and flare. All our food was cold and took so long to receive. Service just ok. The general manager made it better but overall just a 2 star rating.

Can’t say enough good things about this experience. Our company held our launch party here and it was amazing. Kim the Event Director was so great to work with! She managed our changing plans flawlessly. The GM D’Andre was beyond helpful and kind. The food was great and the service was on point. And the DJ Mike was the cherry on top creating the best vibe while making the cornhole tournament an exciting event. Highly recommend booking your corporate party here!
