They served us cold pancakes, and the temperature overall of the food on my plate was not healthy. The grill is dirty, lil pieces of burnt food on everything 😒 do better!

I WENT IN WITH MY FAMILY TODAY AND WAS SERVED BY A OLDER LADY WITH REDISH/MAROON HAIR, WE WERENT GREETED WITH HER NAME FOR STARTERS. SHE GOT THE ORDER WRONG MULTIPLE TIMES BRINGING INCORRECT FOOD TO THE TABLE AND ALSO FORGETTING FOOD CAUSING ALOT OF FRUSTRATION. UPON RECEIVING THE CHECKS SHE HAD EVERYONES ORDER SCATTERED EVERYWHERE SO I ASKED A MANAGER TO GO OVER THE ORDER. THE GUY WITH A BLONDE PONYTAIL WORKING THE COUNTER CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE STATING HE MADE A ORDWE HIMSELF AND THAT IT WAS MINES!! THE ORDER WAS MADE INCORRECTLY AND WAS INDEED NOT MINES SO I REQUESTED HIM REPLAY HIS TAPES BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS ALREADY TRASH AND THEY WERE TRYING TO CHARGE EXTRA STUFF. Henry and Iris were both very good hosts. Henry went well beyond good service. When the lobby was full and there was no place to sit, he went and got me a chair. When there was confusion about the app used to order the food, he very patiently sat with me and explained the app. He even went to the manager to see to it that I would receive the advertised rate discount. I was very impressed with the service and assistance.
