Been to this location many times, this was the worst of the bunch. We were the only seated table in our section but still got terrible service, did not see the server after food was drop off. She literally never came back, I just had to go to the counter and ask for my check, no drink refills. Then the manager asks if we want pie to go, free pie day and all, so we say sure, tell her what we want and when we open it later, they put in the wrong kind. Pathetic really.

Over charges your bill. Then they have no idea how to fix the issue. This happened 2x. Ending up paying an extra 6$. Disgusting bathrooms. Rude cashier. I'd rather starve than come here again.

This Village in looked like it was running on fumes. Didn't see many employees. The two ladies I did see were busting their butts to provide amazing customer service to our family of twelve. There were a few other families next to our large group, and they didn't miss a beat. Great staff and great food.

I have been going to this Village Inn for over 25 years. Sorry to say I will not be going back! I would pass 3 Village Inns to get to this particular Village Inn because of the great service and food. I went Wednesday to find out my favorite waitress Michell is not working anymore. She's been there as long as I've been going there. The whole atmosphere was off whoever the lady was behind the counter was rude and nasty. Our waiter was nice and the food was still good, but not the same without Michell ☹ï¸.

This place is a hidden gem! Servers are great! Food came quickly and tasted great.!! Everyone should come check this place out for sure.
This place was very understaffed food wasn't very good and it's cold it took over an hour and 15 minutes just to get our food and be done with it our waitress had too many tables but the fact that some food was burnt and some was just plain cold it is unacceptable
