I should have taken pictures but the food was yummy and I was hungry. I had the grilled pork bánh mì. DELICIOUSNESS! Baguette was crisp and soft, the pork was flavorful and the vegetables were fresh. Just enough spice. Had the Thai tea to wash it down. Lunch is done. I will return.

The service was super helpful, prices were super reasonable, and I LOVED the food-- both the bakery items and the savory foods. Excited to come back here to eat so I can enjoy the relaxing ambiance of all their indoor plants!

Google searched banh mi and this bakery popped up with 5 star reviews. Upon arrival, there was a line before and after ordering. Good sign right? But quickly noticed we were the only Asians there, even the two female workers were Caucasian! We ordered the combination banh mi and a Vietnamese coffee. It was just sad. I've had better Viet coffee although theirs was mediocre. I felt like I got ripped off with my banh mi. There wasn't much meat or veggies, and what's worse, the mayo and pate spread was hardly present! The pickled veggies didn't taste right let alone shredded correctly. It was so small and thin, it was more soft than crunchy. Really a disappointment being that we were from out of town. We come to Denver on occasions and we've had way better banh mi elsewhere. Obviously it's a hit for others, but would suggest Asians to steer away from here.

Vinh Xuong is one of the first places that became a regular spot for me after moving to Denver 7 years ago. I like to start with a Vietnamese iced coffee before errands at Costco and Great Wall Supermarket. And it's the best Vietnamese iced coffee I've had anywhere. I really only order three things including the coffee. The banh mi sandwiches are incredible. They have spicy duck on the weekends only, don't miss it. You can also buy the crusty, but soft rolls in bulk which is a nice way to enjoy sandwiches all week. If the sesames rolls are warm and fresh, they're phenom. If they've been sitting out, they lose pretty much all appeal and become too chewy and gummy. I'm always happy when I see a long line here since it means they're getting business. The service is fast so even when the line is long, it moves quickly.

Bahn Mi of any variety, can't be beat in the area. Pork buns are huge and satisfying. Sesame balls are delicious for dessert! Unassuming from the outside, so friendly and authentic on the inside.
Absolutely amazing!!I travel to Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi) frequently for work, and have developed a taste for authentic Banh Mi and Vietnamese coffee.Recently Vinh Xuong bakery was recommended to me, and wow am I glad it was! The Banh Mi are incredible, and I also tried a croissant and the Che Bap. Everything was outstanding (as was the coffee!).We are extremely lucky to have this in the Denver area, and the employees are all incredibly kind as well. You will not be disappointed.

Checks all the boxes, fresh and lightly crunchy bread, pickled veggies, and awesome choices of tasty proteins with duck occasionally available(vegetarian and vegan options as well). Egg rolls, steamed and baked buns. Gluten free options to get your banh mi made into a rice bowl or rice paper spring roll… what are you waiting for!!? Go there now! ?Vegetarian options: Options to make your meal vegetarian and vegan
