Menu online says updated one day ago! Super nachos say 13.09 , drive thru says 13.99 and we were charged 18 and some change! When asked for a refund the woman said no, then she said she didn't understand, when asked for a manager she said she didn't understand.. went home and called for over an hour with no response

Viva use to be the best. They were cheap and you got your money's worth. Went today paid $25 for 2 burritos and an horchata. The burritos were thin and all tortilla. I got sour cream and guacamole as well. The burrito was very dry. There wasn't even a teaspoon of sour cream or guacamole to be found in the burrito. So I got upcharged for nothing.

The girl at the window had an attitude from the time we ordered and went to the window to purchase the food the soda machine wasn’t working so she got an attitude with me about the soda then I asked for the money back and she rolled her eyes then had a manager come to the window and she had an attitude as well. Both girls started giggling with each other and were being rude so I asked them why and they said they weren’t being rude and said it was me being rude. so I asked for my money back for the whole order and she basically threw the money at me.

The woman who served me twisted her mouth because I asked for extra sauce, I wasn't asking for it for free, I read very well the sign that says $.35 each extra sauce, I told her thank you and she just continued with her bad face, to make matters worse she arrived to my house (which is not around the corner) and my order is wrong.
Cant even get an order right. Charge $10 for a burrito, and don't even put it in the bag. Bet if I reached in and stole $10 out of your register, I'd be talking to the police. These places continually rip people off with no consequences. NEVER BE BACK.

El Tapatío, a 100 ? family restaurant, a wide menu with a lot of variety of food, excellent customer service, Rosa, a very helpful and attentive waitress, come, I recommend it. Juan (owner) is an excellent person and a good human being. God bless all his staff. You will be missed a lot, let's see when we return to Glenwood springs, thank you for everything.
