I've been going to Viva burrito for years and years. Always you get two salsas per burrito. Today the girl argued with me about it, wouldn't give me the salsas and had even charged me for extras. I'm fed up. The girls that work at this location have the biggest attitudes even though you are nice to them from the start. The food is excellent, it's just too bad they can't hire people that are kind for the drive up window and counter.

Don't even waste time stopping here. I hate to complain but like Vivas has gone down over the years. With increased prices and decrease on food quality im not sure how this location is staying in business. I ordered 3 carnitas tacos and when I got to window to pay the lady said my total was 34$?I told her I didn't think that was right so I asked her to read back my order and she said she had me down for 3 carnitas burritos. Instead of apologizing for the mistake on her end she laughed and told me I was gonna pay the $34 even though I told her I didn't want burritos I wanted tacos.Sorry but that's very unprofessional and ill let all my friends and family that vivas is not what it once was :/Definitely went elsewhere and got better service and food.

I am disgusted. Ordered tamales and they are hard old moldy and smell terrible! I'm shocked they served them to customers like they are not discolored and inedible ? none of their phone numbers work. This is all bad!

Best burritos in town!!! ? ? Homemade taste! And if you get a burrito that has pico on it like the Carne Asada Burrito or the California Burrito the tomato juice drips, its NOT grease! Only downside is they close early on Friday & Saturday instead of Sunday & Monday. They'd make a killing if they stayed open late on the weekend. ?
My husband got a carne asada burrito with guacamole, needless to say it was a burrito of grease! The grease was dripping from the burrito it was disgusting, and guacamole? What guacamole, there was no avocado and about 2 cut up super soft tomatoes. We have been going to this location for years and never have we once had issues with the food. Very disappointing definitely will not be going back.

I have ordered Viva Burrito through Door Dash several times. And every time there is some kind of issue with the order. I would then call and they wouldn't answer or they would answer then hang up. Yes, I know, quit ordering online then. The thing is I order burritos in bulk for office meetings. Every single time I have asked to make sure they don't forget the salsa and it's almost like they intentionally leave out the salsa. They typically give 2 free per burrito, but we got none. This has also happened on smaller orders.
