This morning around 8;45 am I ordered food from Drive Thru. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos. I got Bean and cheese, and I ordered my spouse a chorizo, egg, potato and cheese. She couldn eat it because there were eggshells all mixed in. Thats unacceptable. She threw it away aftet two bites. Won't be back..

I have quite literally eaten thousands(possibly 10s of thousands as I’m a contractor)of California burritos from Viva Burrito. Don’t judge this place by its outside appearance. I usually (almost always) go through the drive through and it is fast and the food is always hot and delicious. I also love their Adobada (slow cooked pork).

Carne asada which we always get, was too greasy and couldn't eat all the food. Had a puddle of grease in the bottom of my nachos. Carne asada tacos were way greasy. The only thing that was finished was the taquitos w/guac. Paid almost $60 for food that cost almost $40 a few months ago. I used to love this place. 😓

This place has highly incompetent people working there. I came through the drive-through. This is the second time I was charged wrong. She asked for my credit card so that she could fix the credit she charged me again ended up paying $30 for one burrito that wasn’t even that good when I called to have it fixed they had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t figure it out, Then they put the phone down and refused to help me until I ended up just hanging up because they didn’t understand and couldn’t figure out how to help me. I will never come back and like I said at the food wasn’t even that good.!!!!
