Employee made fun of me for being injured and stole money from me. I lost the use of my right arm due to a recent injury and wanted to buy something I could eat with one hand, so I got an ice cream cone with two scoops. She made it so unstable that it immediately dropped off and she blamed me for it, then when I asked for a replacement she was only willing to give me a cup with a spoon with one scoop which I had to give away to a homeless guy sitting nearby. If this is how you treat people you shouldn't be allowed to do business in Union Station at all.

On the web in clearly states they close at 10:00pm. We get there at 9:40, try to order 2 waffles and we're told they were in their " PRE CLOSING STATE" and all we could get were plain waffles!! NOOO butter, syrup, fruit, or any kind of topping basically!!! Oh yeah it was a Friday night in down Denver too! I'll NEVER return here!

Wafels & Dinges has been bringing the "real" Belgian waffle to America for over 15 years. My first experience with them was in New York City almost 7 years ago and I loved the variety of toppings you can put on a nice warm Belgian waffle. Their world-famous Liège waffle is baked fresh daily from dough rather than batter, using Belgian pearl sugar for a dense, caramel-infused flavor. Being a fast food place, the waffles you get are already made, they are just warmed up when you order and the toppings are freshly placed on top. Colin was our server and he was a very nice young man, helping us with the menu and choices. I got the fresh strawberries on a waffle and they were sweet and fresh. Delish !!!

Colby made my waffles perfectly and was super friendly and helpful. The hot chocolate was delicious. My favorite was the churro waffle. The maple syrup is definitely high quality. Looking forward to my next visit already!

The service was really nice and fast. I ordered a loaded grilled cheese, and it was honestly pretty bad. I finished it simply because it was $13, and that's quite a but to throw away. With a second dish, the total came out to about $30. One waffle had a hair sticking out of it, cooked into the dough, so that was pretty gross. Overall, its definitely not worth how expensive it is, but they're very good dishes for pictures.
Stopped in Union Station in the afternoon for a rest and some wine and wanted to try out this pop up. When you go to these types of places, your expectations are not very high to begin with which is why this place was good/just ok. I would not eat breakfast here as the selection is very sweet unless you build your own. However, this was enjoyable as an afternoon dessert. they took probably about 10 mins to make the two that we ordered but there was only one person working at the time. Overall just ok, fine if you do choose this place, and fine if you choose to go somewhere else.

We stayed at the Crawford Hotel for a long weekend. Had breakfast at Snooze the first day and tried this the next. I would not recommend. Although they gave a waffle maker they heated up a couple that were already made. Not worth it. Make another choice
