Location is closed. This was my favorite breakfast spot. They will be missed!

Food is still good but service here isn’t the best. Inattentive and I friendly. And no longer a good work environment with poor music blaring on the speaker and no ventilation inside.Save the trip and go to their other location or just get it to go

Very reasonable prices for a good meal. There’s lots of variety in terms of types of waffle and toppings, including multiple options for chicken and waffles. Service was very friendly and fast. Food was good quality and flavor. A great place for a more chill brunch, breakfast, or lunch.

Waited over an hour for waffles with sausage and an egg and waffle combo. By the time we received our food, the sunny side egg was hard and cold, waffles were cold, sausage was obviously sitting out for a long period of time due to the discoloration on the outside. There were two other couples behind us in line and they received their food ahead of us. It’s not that hard to make waffles, eggs, and sausage. Go to Waggle House not Waffle Brothers. Could be a great place but was very disappointed.

this honestly used to be my favorite place to eat buuuuut it’s fallen off majorly! food tastes like they’ve been using the exact same grease for who knows how long. some of the workers are just dirty…… & the customer service is just non existent. def sad about this one.

Food was mediocre at best. Wife went in to order while I waited outside with the dog. She had to repeat her order twice to the person taking it, and they still left off two drinks, and a sandwich. We waited over an hour for the first sandwich and had to ask for the side of bacon we ordered. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was very excited to finally try this place and was very disappointed. The service was mediocre and it took a very long time to get our food. A friend of the staff came in after us and got his food well before us. I ordered poached eggs and they came fried or basted (not sure) and the waffles were crumbly and dry. There were lumps of unincorporated sugar and flour. There was also some sort of plastic in my food. It was before 10am and they were out of coffee and didn't want to make more. The bathrooms were dirty and didn't have soap to wash your hands. None of the kitchen staff had their hair pulled back or restrained.

It seems like this place kinda went downhill a bit. Came here a bunch times last couple year and was always satisfied. But our most recent experience consisted of paying $60 for 2 people, waiting 40 minutes for our food, and the food arriving lukewarm or cold. On top of just generally unpleasant service and vibes from the staff and woman working the register. Chicken fingers are always super solid, but seemed like they were just sitting out for a while before they got to us. I definitely don't expect like gourmet from waffle bros, but hot food and reasonably timely service doesn't seem like a crazy ask, especially when there's only like 3 customers in the restaurant.

I would give this place 5 stars because the food ended up being amazing. The issue with waffle brothers was the wait. We waited for one hour and 10 minutes before our food came and we ordered simple chicken and waffles. When the food did come it was soooo delicious. We did have to ask several times for the bowl of fruit we ordered. I just wish we didn’t have to wait over an hour. We will be back but probably only after calling our order in to pick it up.

Food is ass. Dry ass waffles. Slow service. Save your time and money and don't come. Wasted 50$ on a horrible sandwich and sampler.

I love love love this place. Excellent food and acceptable service, though most times it takes closer to 20-30 minutes to get served my food. My only complaint is that I specifically ask every single time I come in if they have bone in chicken wings, and they confirm that they do but when I get my “Just Chicken and Waffles” they always serve me chicken strips, even though I asked and confirmed that I wanted bone in. I would gladly have given this 5 stars but I’m tired of getting my hopes up. I just want my wings guys

Holy chicken and waffles was this place bomb! I can't rave enough with how yummy all the food tasted! I got the little chicken platter and it did not disappoint. I got 3 toppings only so I'll have to go back to try the others! I got the sweet waffle and I would try the none sweet one next time just to see! Also got the Carmel latte, wasn't my favorite but my friend got the chai and it was good!

Lots of fun waffle combinations. They were out of an ingredient the day I visited but it was still delicious. Lots of outdoor seating. The folks working there are amazing and lovely peopleWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp

Intrigued by the good reviews, but some bad ones made me skeptical. Went here to test it out because a friend wants to take her friend here. Anyway, I hate it when the waffle (or pancakes...anything that needs butter and syrup) is not on a separate plate. Who wants syrup on their eggs? Or the potential salt and pepper on their waffle? Also, I had to ask for warm syrup. Any restaurant that doesn't automatically have warm syrup is a no go. Who wants cold syrup on a waffle? Scrambled eggs were over done and dry. Bacon was ok. And the waffle was chewy. Kinda odd. Tastes ok, but I've never had a chewy waffle before. The concept of this place has big potential, but they need to consider the simplest things like warm syrup, separate plates, scrambled eggs that aren't dry, and clean salt n pepper shakers.

What a dump. Waffles themselves were fine (except for the burn residue and the hair). Blasting 90's top 40 at 8am (ambience), server didn't look clean. Awful brothers. Not even if I were drunk.
